Free Parking

It was supposed to be in good location for us. But there was road construction and no sign how to go to hotel!! I called the hot to guide me, she was just shouting on the phone, no explanation. Just say me to take the blockage on the road by myself and enter the closed road!!! Ugly towels, no slippers, it was very called room, noone told us we should open the heater! In fact it should be opened before the customer come to hotel in the night!!! Totaly ugly stay

Disappointing

The ac was too high and we couldn’t turn it down. The beds were really uncomfortable. The floor felt sticky.

OK for one night when passing through, but not more

The hotel is directly at the highway. Going to city centre means walking half an hour to the next metro. The room weren‘t very clean. The wifi was not working very well. The personal were there but not very kind. They seemed to be very stressed but not really interested in the clients.

Avoid if you have other options.

Not much. Room is decent size, but very stark.

Not very clean. The carpets in the hallway seemed not vacuumed for a long time. Many surfaces in our room were dusty. Windows had stains. A spilled drink stain on the wall of a table was visible. A bit too far from city center. Chair in the room felt rock hard.

Just the staff, they were friendly

It's not a 4 start hotel. It's a 2 star basic hotel (confirmed by the staff too) area is not safe too - nothing around. High way work, so noisy too

It was nice, pretty much like I expected.

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good

Very expensive, but that was because of the Rotterdam marathon. Also not very easy to get into Rotterdam, it’s a long way from the metro.

Nice hotel and rude night receptionist

Room was OK and blonde lady at the reception was very professional with solving our problem,

On Easter Sunday our room was not cleaned and towels lying on the floor were not replaced with clean ones. When we have reported this on the reception at some time after midnight young man (he had pony tail) was very rude to us and we did not get clean towels (so we used old dirty ones from the floor). Next day we have reported this to blonde lady at the reception. She was very polite and has assured quick replacement of towels and has offered us a breakfast free of charge, We were satisfied very much with her approach.

It was comfirtable but good at the hotel did not run at the weekend only started from 5 pm during the week Bottled wate

Property was near where we had a tennis Europe event and rooms where ok.

Breakfast wasn’t great need to have stuff filled up and not run out. Also they stopped breakfast @ 8:30 and didn’t refill even though breakfast didn’t finish till 9 am during the week.

Not bad but also not very good

Facilities are great. Everything was very clean. Fresh orange juice. Breakfast very nice but not much choice. Love the fact the parking was very secure. For business this is a very good hotel but all is up to standard.

The checkout staff was almost Vulcan while at arrival the people were very friendly. Same with staff at the breakfast that were not making sure sufficient glasses and plates are available. Rooms are a little noisy. Our neighbors had a busy night… Toilets are a little low and the intercom of the parking access is way to soft.

Room was adequate for my needs (close to parkrun), quiet

The coffee machine should have been a kettle with tea bags etc. Not everyone drinks coffee only. I travel with a small water heater etc, otherwise it would have affected my overall rating of this hotel more. Only small shower gels provided, not suitable for hair washing.
