Perfect

Felipo was fantastic and looked after us so well. The jogging route right outside the hotel couldn’t have been more lovely left and right and to come back for a lovely sauna was a perfect end to a long day driving

Not as advertised!

Spacious room comfortable bed with good ac and clean

Advertised as having beach access but this hotel only had access to 3 spots on the beach. The beaches were fully booked for the summer. While the hotel wrote in advance that parking was limited and needed to be booked in advance there was no such treatment or warning that there were no beach spaces available. Breakfast was diabolical! Self service and coffee from a vending machine is not a 4 star offering. Check out the photo of this mornings fruit salad!

Shabby and dirty

Nothing at all.

The maintenance is awful. My room was full of ants and the TV was disconnected. This is not a four star hotel. Room was small and dirty. The hotel is shabby and the lady at the front desk is very unhelpful even rude. They claim parking but it is actually 250mt away and you need to take the key to the gate back and forth from the reception.

comfortable bed, great location, great staff, amazing views

some ants in the room, shower not sealed (water came out from bottom of glass door, small elevator to go up to the suite on last floor was a bit dodgy (one of the days it momentarily got stuck, but a min later it started again)

Great location, clean room, lovely view

Beautiful view from our room with a nice balcony and umbrella. Room was very clean, good size bathroom with bidet. short walk around coastal promenade to shops and restaurants. Lovely breakfast with a view.

Little tricky stopping in front of the hotel to unload. Carpark is located a few hundred metres down the road.

Hotel in a beautiful, friendly town with great restaurant views

Location was very good, the room was spacious, friendly staff, nice restaurant for dinner in hotel

Unloading car was challenging since we were pushed to move it immediately, the room was not spotless (especially bathroom), parking can get challenging during summer (offseason was fine)

Very good

The view is terrific, the room was very good, with a large terrace. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The bed was comfortable, but we could have done with an extra blanket overnight (we were there in December). There is very limited off-road parking outside the hotel (I suspect parking to check in might be difficult outside low season), and the easily accessible overnight carpark is the public car park a few minutes walk away.

Modern hotel with a nice view

The view from the room and the restaurant is fantastic. It's so close to the sea and te centre. The staff was friendly and the location is good. The room and the bathroom were big, modern and comfortable.

Our bathroom had a problem and the water goes out.

Stunning views over the gulf of poets. Room spacious and comfortable balcony with views to die for. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good.

The dream panoramic view from room balcony day and night.

It was very good, not our first stay in the hotel, will go back, when in area. Location and the views of the sea-view rooms are unbeatable - right to the sea with Lerici castle and the old own on the side. Refrigerator is a good detail and was used well :) Attentiveness of the hotel personal is exceptional. Arriving tired and late we missed the dinner, but we were served some snacks at the bar, even restaurant was closed.

Restaurant was closed for dinner, which was a bummer. Breakfast still was served. We bought our own fresh salad leafs and tomatoes, non of fresh veggies were served for breakfast. Plenty of fresh fruit was available, just to be fair. The bedroom room was next to the AC units, and it created some noise. When it was off, we can hear the sea:)

Beautifully decorated, very modern, clean & stylish. Lovely friendly staff, two minute walk from the beach.

Room we were given had no balcony, not much hot food at breakfast.

Great balcony with an amazing view of the castle.

The balcony and the view was great. Modern hotel. Location to the public beach and Lerici. Room was quite small but with lots of light. The bathroom was a nice size with a great shower. A kettle for tea but no coffee.

Breakfast was nothing special and some of the food had run out. The breakfast room felt crammed and not 4 star quality. Beds are very firm like most Italian hotels. You could have a extra suitcase stand in the room. A kettle for tea but no coffee.
