Beautiful hotel

Everything! What a beautiful place and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was huge and comfortable. It’s in a great location and light dinner and breakfast were delicious.

No parking available but we were lucky to get a parking spot on a nearby street although it meant we had to leave by 9am. But it was a minor issue

El servei de menjador, tant d'esmorzar com de sopar està molt mal gestionat. El menjar s'acaba ràpid i es tarda molt a repondre. Estàvem allotjats a l'edifici del davant.

Tysta rum med bekväm säng. Bra mat på kvällen. Frukost bra.

Skulle framkommit i bekräftelsen att vi bodde i ett annex och fick gå ut och över till annan byggnad för frukost och kvällsmat

Mycket trevlig personal och mycket god frukost. Rummet håller en god standard.

Mycket bra frukost dock inte så roligt att se en kastrull med brända vita bönor.

Om man har en minibar varför har man inte en prislista? Fanns ingen information om minibaren ingick i priset eller inte. Lösenordet till WiFi borde ges ut automatiskt vid Check-In eller finnas på rummet.

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet.

Es gab überhaupt keine vegane Optionen beim Frühstück. Das Zimmer war ebenfalls nicht sonderlich sauber.

Väldigt mycket för pengarna!

Bra frukost, allt man behöver och lite till. Trevligt med kvällsbuffé även om det inte var så kulinariskt. Absolut prisvärd vistelse!

Kanske kunde kvällsbuffén varit lite trivsammare. Man kunde frågat ifall man önskade något annat än vatten till.

Supertrevligt hotell.

Trevlig, glad och uppmärksam personal! Fantastiskt läge nära till allt. Ingen störande trafik. Fint rum och sköna sängar. Jättegod frukost God middagsbuffe ingick. Mycket prisvärt.

The entrance to the annex building where we stayed was somewhat shabby. Late noise from the pedestrians during friday/saturday nights.

An ok stay for 1 night

Central location, ok size of the room and bathroom. Good breakfast and nice selection. Staff was OK

Small fridge was not working so I couldn't keep my water cool over night. Separate building across the reception area and the breakfast area. Beds could be replaced soon.

I had a pleasant stay, but I was expecting some more amenities in the shower for example.

The location was fantastic och the staff was very nice and polite.

The elevator felt outdated and did not work as intended, I therefore did not use it. The shower felt kind of outdated and had a standard sink blender. The breakfast was okay, but I felt that I could use some more alternatives in the fruit and vegetables section. Aswell as for example hot beans to the bacon, eggs and sausages.

Lovely large room which was very well equipped. Good range on the breakfast buffet.

Breakfast coffee was only average despite a notice at the buffet saying that it was the best coffee.

Good location in Helsingborg

Breakfast was nice and rooms are functional.

Our room was in the ground floor so we could hear everything in the street. A better isolation would be great.

Great location - great staff - 100% recommend!

Great location, friendly staff! Our room was very nice, very spacious, and very comfortable. The dinner and breakfast options were quite lovely! Wonderful art throughout the hotel.

The only thing that keep me from giving a perfect 10 was that the stair and hallway carpets are in need of replacement, and there was some kind of update going on at the bottom of the stairs, leaving wires visible and the flooring was removed.

Managed by exceptionally friendly, professional and pleasant team at the front office and breakfast

An exceptional breakfast service and variety included in the room price. Absolutely central location, walkable with a rollable suitcase from central Train and bus- station. Coop grocery store and plenty of restaurants all within an easily walkable distance. A compact room with a comfortable Queen sized bed and attached spacious washroom. As per the Swedish favourite terminology: SIMPLE YET ABSOLUTELY FUNCTIONAL.

It was second time we chose the hotel and it was good idea.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We could get. our meals twice a day in the hotel, which was very convenient for us. The location very central and quiet.

The reconstruction work was a bit disturbing, but everyone was very careful and attentive to the hotel guests.

Home far away from home.

We loved the staff. The ones in the reception were nice and friendly but the lady preparing the breakfast was amazing. Such a nice lady making it feel like home far away from home!

The bin in the room and in the bathroom was too small so not much did fit in them so we had them piled up at the desk in our room. It was also a bit too dusty in the room and it wasn’t pleasing.
