Completely renovated home with 125' of lake frontage in a large cove, close to attractions by land and water – minutes to town. This home offers a large open kitchen, dining and living room area. Screened porch off kitchen with an additional full-size refrigerator and dining table as well as an oversized deck with dining/seating and grill for convenient outdoor dining. Moderate steps to your private dock that features a large 18' x 28' covered rec/dining area with bar , TV (during season Jun-Sep), gas grill, mini fridge, dining table, and an 8' x 28' sun dock. Dock also has one 10' x 24' covered slip. Ample parking in a private setting, this home is sure to accommodate all your vacation expectations at the lake.

Check in was flawless, very clean house and dock area. It is a perfect location on the lake close to all kind of attractions. The cove the house is in has very little boat traffic for the summer. Exceptional bass fishing never had to leave the cove . The dock is set up perfect for grilling swimming or just a morning cup of coffee watching tv . Would recommend it to anyone . Great stay thanks Kim

We typically stay in Osage Beach so this was actually our first time of many, that we booked a house for the week. It was clean, spacious, aesthetically pleasing, and the owners were more accommodating than anyone could imagine! On the way home, we decided that next trip to The Ozarks will be a 2 week stint for sure! Thank you!❤️

You cannot go wrong with this property! My husband and I and 2 other couples were at LOTO for Bike Fest 2023. We had a mid size SUV and 3 motorcycles. The road down to the house is paved. The turn in to the drive for this house is concrete so it was motorcycle friendly. The drive extending to the other homes past this house turns to gravel and that part is not motorcycle friendly, but this one is. It is not possible to pull a trailer to this house, however, there is available trailer parking on the main road before the gate entrance. Ample parking on concrete. Gated. Very nice neighborhood! The house was super clean! We had a small issue with the door code upon arrival but I called Kim and she took care of it on the spot. The rooms were 100% as described and pictured in listing. The dock area was great! 2 kayaks for use, TV, loungers, and 2 sitting areas made for a great day by the lake. The cove was very quiet! This house is in a great location; secluded but a short drive to restaurants, grocery, and anything you might need. We 100% recommend this house!

Beautiful home, steps to the dock were the only drawback but they were clearly shown so we knew this before booking. Plenty of room for the entire group, we loved the screen in porch and spent a lot of time on it as it rained every day we were there.

Great house on a quiet cove. There are a lot of stairs, but manageable. The house and kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, having two fridges was great. Really enjoyed the dock! The property is a close boat or car ride to fun bars/restaurants/grocery store and other activities. Hope to come back!!!!

We (28 adults) rented the three houses, which are a short walk from each other. They were clean, well kept, well stocked and the AC worked great. Kim and Alex were terrific and responsive. We loved the docks, screened in porches, security of the gated community and quietness of the cove. We had a great time and would highly recommend any of these rentals.

The location was as advertised and is a pretty quiet and calm cove. There is some traffic past it, but not enough to be disruptive to swimming off the dock. The kayaks with the house were great and we used them quite a bit. The house locations is conveniently close to major shopping and dining, far better than some locations we have stayed at on the lake. The house was clean and in great shape, seems fairly newer finishes inside. The layout was nice, we enjoyed our selves immensely.

This was a fantastic home tbat satisfied our whole group. We come to lake 3x a year and always try to rent the same properties that will accommodate our group. We will definitely be trying to come back to this beautiful home more often. Kim was easy to work with and very helpful. House was clean, property was clean, dock was amazing. The neighbors were great as well.

This is our second annual Couples Retreat As usual everything was stock, and ready for our stay. House was clean, and ready for us. We will be back for our 3rd time. Thanks to kim the property manager for communicating with me very well, and consistently. This place is a well maintained secluded getaway. We loved it.

there are 4 friends and family from high-school and we have been doing vacations together for last 12 years. This is first time we have been in a house and not a hotel. The house was perfect on the lake we took our pontoon boat and the dock at the house was unbelievable. We enjoyed time sitting down there watching TV getting sun while husbands were fishing from the dock at night. We cooked every meal and saved a ton of money. The neighborhood was quiet and house is pretty secluded. The driveway was scary coming down the hill and a sharp turn. We left our trailer at the top of the hill and it was perfectly safe. Owners were so helpful before and while we were there. Would enjoy coming back again

The house was perfect for our group. Spacious and clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The upper deck and dock are incredible. We loved the grills on the deck and down at the dock. The kids loved the kayaks! Great location in a quiet cove. We will be back!

My friends and I do an annual trip to the lake. There were 5 of us and could not have been more happy! The house was very warm and cozy! The kitchen was fully stocked with more than the usual amount of dishes, pots and pans and utensils. We prepared some beautiful meals and enjoyed every minute of it. Everything was really clean and the beds were comfortable. Spent a good amount of time on the deck and the dock. The dock was very much a party atmosphere with the lights, refrigerator, grill, tables and chairs. Even a high top table and chairs. Kim was great to work with. We had trouble with setting off the alarm and she was on the phone and fixed it right away. Absolutely have no complaints. We have stayed at several places at the lake and this was one of the best with the secluded feeling of a house instead of a condo. The Camdenton area is much quieter but not far from Osage Beach to venture off to the restuarants/bars. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Excellent location and great place to stay. We were on motorcycles and the driveway turn to the service road is hazardous. One bike went down and passenger broke all her ribs on the right side.

Our family has rented VRBO for the past 15 years, and this was one of the best. The house was very nice, clean, well equipped with all necessities and more. The owner was responsive and kind. The house is even better than pictures can show. Outdoor spaces were awesome. Location was perfect! There were 9 of us (2 families), ages 15-49, and plenty of space. I could not find one thing I would change. We hope to rent this home again.
