L’emplacement de l’hôtel

Le rapport qualité prix. Le buffet des restaurant n’est pas bon (les produits sont vraiment bas de gamme) et l’eau n’est pas comprise dans le repas. L’eau dans la salle de bain n’est pas potable (salée). Le seul espace sympa de l’hôtel (fancy club) n’est accessible qu’aux adhérents (payer en plus) L’hôtel misé sur la quantité et non la qualité Chaque service est payant (caution pour emprunter une serviette de piscine par exemple) A 8h30 tous les transats sont déjà réservés par les clients (les gens mettent leurs serviettes) Les piscines ferment trop tôt

Ne vaut absolument pas 4 étoiles

L’emplacement, le restaurant

Chambre sale, piscine ferme à 18h alors que le soleil est toujours là. Les touristes égoïstes qui réservent avec leur serviette les meilleurs emplacement alors qu’il n’y vont pas avant 14h. La qualité des boissons n’est pas la. Au restaurant on vous sors l’assiette à la moindre pause. L’établissement ressemble plus à une maison de retraite / camping au soleil. Je ne sais pas comment ils ont eu 4 étoiles.

Ich komme wieder!

Die Unterkunft war super super schön. Wunderbare Lage, direkt an der cala egos. Schöne Zimmer, gute Ausstattung und das Personal 1A. Vor allem das Entertainment Personal (Alessia & Wilson) 10/10. jeden Tag ein Programm mit den verschiedensten Aktivitäten (Bogenschiessen, Pilates, Acqua Dance, Gym, Stretching……!!) ab 21:15 live musik. Es war wirklich toll!

Einige Fotos auf booking, die bestimmte Bereiche zeigen (Terrasse mit Sonnenschirmen und Sicht aufs Meer) sind nur für exclusive members. Man kommt also als ‚normalo‘ nicht zu bestimmten Bereichen. Nicht alles ist auf booking aber auch so gekennzeichnet. War ein bisschen enttäuscht bestimmte Bereiche nicht betreten zu dürfen, da ich mich genau auf diese gefreut habe. Sauberkeit (verkalkte armatur im bad zB) und und Service Personal noch Luft nach oben.

Zeker een aanrader! Je kan er heerlijk chillen!

De kamer en badkamer waren lekker ruim. Veel keuze bij het ontbijt. Gezellig gezeten kijkend op het zwembad. Veel ligbedjes ook. Uitzicht op de baai ook prachtig. Animatieteam was echt super! Wilson en Alyssia hebben het super leuk gedaan!! Cocktails bij het zwembad waren ook lekker. Personeel was erg vriendelijk.

Het douchen met zout water was echt niet chil. Was ff wennen ook! Het zwembad zat bijna geen chloor in maar wel zout. Vond ik persoonlijk gek. Er zijn hier restaurantjes waaronder ook een Italiaan. Wij dachten het is een echt normaal restaurant maar dit bleek een buffet restaurant te zijn. Alle restaurants overigens. Verder weinig negatieve feedback!

Agréable séjour parfait pour la période de mai

Personnel accueillant, notamment la femme de ménage de notre étage toujours joyeuse et adorable ! Hôtel parfait avec les divers endroits piscine et buffet matin/soir variés

Matériel de sport assez restreint dans l’espace musculation, il ne faut pas être trop nombreux car sinon il ne reste plus grand chose à disposition. Petit bémol sur la vue du 2nd bâtiment de l’hôtel donnant sur une rue avec des logements en travaux en face

Best hotel possibly ever. Unreal value.

Breakfast I've never had a view quite like it, really the pictures don't do it justice. I can't comment for the buffet as we only stayed 3 nights and stuck to the a la carte restaurants. 5 restaurants to pick from was difficult enough and couldn't quite believe they were all included in the half board package at no extra cost. Room extremely clean, well equipped and gorgeous view. Beds VERY comfy, too comfy. Location couldn't of been better, just a half hour walk from the marina and plenty of shops and bars around the hotel. We loved it so much we already booked to go back for a week in summer!!

Honestly can't think of anything... and I've tried.

Heerlijk verblijf om te relaxen!

Fijne locatie, rustig en met een prachtige baai. We hadden het all inclusieve geboekt en kwamen niks te kort. We kwamen voor een relax vakantie en dit hebben we ook gehad. Heerlijk verblijf gehad!

Bedden zijn aan de harde kant en als je doucht is je hele kamer vochtig.

A little too much noise when it’s an adults only hotel - why is there pool aerobics and people playing water sports? And the entertainment was too loud

Lovely, cool and calm decor. Lovely food choice at breakfast. Helpful and courteous staff.

We did not stay all inclusive, only B&B and it was sometimes difficult to take a meal or drunk as the hotel did not seem to cater for non AI guests.

Terrible.

Not a 4-star hotel. First room had a broken AC unit. Got moved to a second room with barely a working unit. It was hot inside the room and there were ants in the bathroom. There is no fitness facility on premises, nothing functional anyway. There are a few basketball and tennis courts which the staff kept calling “gym”. There are 5 restaurants at the hotel. Paying for all-inclusive only gives you access to one of them. Rest are charged separately. None of which are open daily. There is a strange weekly schedule.

A MUST-GO, YOU'LL LOVE IT!

No doubts the best hotel we've been in a great while. Looks amazing and feels amazing. Very new, clean and thought to the details. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Beds are very comfy, shower is great. We did not use the all inclusive option, but enjoyed many meals and drinks that were delicious. Also entertainment at night is a highlight. We want to come back soon!

Pleasant stay, but wouldn’t go again.

- Staff were excellent (especially Ozz the entertainment guy!) - Very clean - Main buffet food was great - Beautiful location

- The hotel is LOUD - walls paper thin so you can hear everything, entertainment can be heard everywhere until 11-12 at night and then congregation of people afterwards mean noisy until 2-3am. Didn’t sleep well. - Whilst hotel was nice, did not feel like it was worth the premium money we paid for it - Other restaurants (grill, Italian and Mediterranean) were over priced and disappointing - No gym

My room was very noisy(the cleaners banging in the opposite door) in the morning had gotten woken up at 6:30am the first 2 mornings and had to move my room with my sister which was an inconvenience They moved someone to our old room even through they knew it was a noisy room The plates in the buffet weren’t washed very well

The pictures are deceiving. This was a janky old hotel, that smelled like cigarettes and pee.

The staff was sweet and I got sick so they were attentive when I would call. Though, they are a bit slow to respond to any requests. The hotel views to the beach were beautiful but the hotel itself was very uncomfortable.

This is sad because they put on a huge buffet and every meal was disgusting. I get sick just thinking about it. The bed was not comfortable and the linens/pillow were shockingly bad. I have no idea how this is a 4 star hotel. They have several hotels so I wonder if they are just leveraging another of their properties images/stars to attract more guests. DO NOT stay here. Trust me!

Great location, quiet and clean rooms. Perfect for a relaxing holiday spent enjoying the pool or beach. Would recommend going All Inclusive which is competitively priced and keeps costs down. The food and drink options in the Main Buffet / Restaurant are really varied.

One thing to be mindful of is that the resort is approx 50 mins from the airport. One way taxi costs around 80 Euros.

Water at the bay was very clean like in the photos. Rooms Overall good.

Adults only - maybe. Lot of young Kids/ Babies at the bay of the Hotel. At Breakfast there were lot of people - felt like in a trainstation. Coffee was bad. Firealarm went on at 5:50 am - it was a false alarm and it took over 25 min to cancel it. Saltwater in the shower/bathroom… All in all quite ok but thankfully just 3 nights for a short trip and a medium/low price.
