Not a 4 star hotel

The pool is great

The room was disabled room and we didn’t need room for disabled. We complained but there wasn’t an option to switch rooms. Beds were extremely uncomfortable Staff didn’t clean our room for two days Bathroom was getting flooded because there was a curtain protecting the water which obviously didn’t work There wasn’t a proper wardrobe, just a curtain to cover the shelves which was super ugly and again not a 4 star hotel experience The cleaner managed to hoover my rings so eventually they found my rings in the hoover Breakfast is very basic The room doesn’t have a window, only a terrace door which meant leaving the door open overnight on the ground floor which didn’t feel safe. Air con was very loud Gardeners were super loud which made it impossible to have a nap at around 10-11am Overall not a 4 star experience. Maybe 3 stars experience

Posizione ottima.

Letto scomodissimo..materasso morbido e affossato al centro con una sgradevole incerata tra materasso e lenzuola che creava un effetto plastica fastidiosissimo. Abbiamo dovuto arrangiare con il divano letto che era il"meno peggio", sprovvisto di lenzuola,abbiamo dovuto togliere quelle del letto principale e adattarle al divano Non ci sono cambi asciugamani ne ti danno cartaigienica. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi un nuovo set di asciugamani al sesto giorno di permanenza e ci hanno chiesto un supplemento di 5€. Appartamento veramente minimal..

Super Hotel für einen entspannten Aufenthalt

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit Anlage, Pool, Ausstattung und Personal. Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal vor Ort und können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen. Die Stadt ist außerdem fußläufig zu erreichen, ebenso wie ein Supermarkt. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und hat eine sehr schöne Auswahl zu bieten. Die schönsten Strände Sardiniens sind von dort per Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

Für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt vollkommen in Ordnung

Schöne, grüne, weitläufige Anlage. Die verschiedenen Gebäudeteile sind maximal einstöckig. Ruhige Lage, ins Zentrum von San Teodoro ist es zu Fuss ca. 1 Km. Gepflegter Poolbereich, heller, offener Empfangsbereich. Freundliches Personal. Im Zimmer gab es Safe, Kühlschrank und Fernseher (ca. 10 deutsche Sender). Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden

Das Zimmer war mittelmäßig eingerichtet, günstiger Schrank und ein sehr billiges Bett mit harter Matratze.Etwas seltsam fand ich die Trennung von einerseits dem Waschbecken ( offen im Zimmer) und Bad/WC. Es wirkte etwas wie eine öffentliche Toilette. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, man darf nicht zu viel erwarten.

Nicely located, comfy bed. Beware of ants in the bathroom

The staff did everything in their reach to make our stay more pleasant. Reasonably priced. Well located. Comfy bed.

Returning from a day out to meet 100+ ants in the bathroom wasn't so pleasant. They were not drawn by food, which we didn't leave out though the staff said they are drawn to water.

Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.

Top Hotel in sehr schöner Anlage, die sehr gepflegt und sauber ist. Sehr schöner Pool mit Liegemöglichkeiten, Poolbar, etc. Sehr schönes Appartement mit Balkon, ebenfalls sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist zu jederzeit sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit gewesen. Strand La Cinta gut erreichbar (sowohl zu Fus, per PKW sowie Hotel-Strandshuttle), Ortskern gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Im Appartement wären ein paar Garderobenhaken gut, ebenso etwas indirektere Beleuchtung (z.B. Stehlampe) und Fliegengitter (wobei wir jetzt nicht sehr stark von Mücken betroffen waren).

It is a peacefull location with vegetation around. The common area for eating and the pool was great

Although we were there at the begining of the season in June the apartament we rent would have benefit from some renovations. No room cleaning during our stay.

Good stay

Helpful stuff, clean rooms and general cleaning, pool area with drinks, free bus to ka cinta beach, restaurants in walking distance. Outside showers

Pool area chairs were occupied by quests for full day by just putting towels on the chairs. In our room Wi-Fi was not working and was not fixed during our stay

Next time we would look for a better option in San Teodoro

Breakfast - good selection of fruits; Room - good size Football playground is available

Breakfast - basic, less variety of something to eat except for a good selection of fruits; Pool - relatively small, the lifeguard was not kind and helpful, missing most of the time. The water in the pool was sot of sour... Room - good size, but if you have to sleep on the sofa, it will be a nightmare. The sunbeds outside the room were very dirty Limited menu in the pool bar and mind which options are available after 2,30 pm....

Season does not start until June so no bus was available to beaches.A car woould be helpful

Breakfast was good and staff excellent

Did not appreciate finding out on returning home that payment had been taken from both credit and debit card although it was rectified following day.Spa was a rip off consisting of 15 mins in jacussi and 15 mins in steam room and a walk through a foot of water .We were not given time to relax on the lounge chairs.

everything is new, great design, well maintained, staff very kind and helpful, great location, quiet and tranquility

as we were at the beginning of the season the spa (that seemed to look great) was closed -> which ee understood, ad they just opened for summer (actually many other locations and restaurants overall in Sardinia were still closed so we were lucky to get this room here)

Awesome time - great pool!

Awesome pool and super tasty breakfast! We had an amazing time in this resort.

Rooms a bit smaller than described on the picture, but it wasn't an issue for us.

Stayed here for three nights after sun and bass. Was perfect with the spa and the pool and the bar ;) It's not too far away from town either so we could walk and eat out

We had such a lovely week and we couldn’t fault a thing. The staff we extremely lovely and helpful, the hotel was clean and modern, the location was great and overall it was very relaxing.

Resort life

We loved staying at this resort! Staff were helpful and friendly, parking was great, breakfast was amazing value, the pool and bar were fantastic to relax during the extreme summer heat, short walk to the city center and supermarkets and short drive away from the beaches. Grazie mille!

nice gardens with big olive trees staff very helpfull and kind bus free of charge to la cinta beach breakfast cost 10€ and are good(but from vegetables only tomato was served every day)… lots of fruit.

bad location far from the beach and also from the city center old fashion furniture in the apartment no microvawe in the kitchen broken toilet small shower air condition is very noisy!! dark rooms- only blackout curtains and during the day everybody from the garden can see what you are doing in the apartment-or you can stay in the dark.
