Immer wieder gern

Neben der Lage und der Parkmöglichkeiten, haben uns besonders die Ausstattung und die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter gefallen. Das Abendessen, die Bar und das Frühstück sind ebenfalls top.

Gutes Frühstück, sehr hellhörig und ein Sparbereich, der in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Tolles Frühstück, schöne Einrichtung im Zimmer.

Der Spa ist zwar groß, allerdings sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Teilweise hat es aus den Ausgüssen gestunken. Die Wände waren von der Feuchtigkeit angegriffen und es hat an kleinen Details gefehlt, wie an einer Teebar, Teller für das Obst und an Personal, dass regelmäßig für Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Spa sorgt. Viel unschöner war allerdings die Hellhörigkeit im Zimmer. Nachts wurden wir mehrfach von Leuten geweckt, die sich normal im Gang unterhielten (das hatte Jugendherbergen Charakter) und wir konnten somit nicht schlafen. Grund sind die preiswerten Zimmertüren ohne Schallschutz und mit einer Lücke zum Boden, wo Licht und Lautstärke durchkommen. Auch der Herr an der Rezeption war bei unserer Ankunft nicht besonders freundlich.

Nettes Hotel etwas ausserhalb von Hamburg, für Wellness leider ungeeignet.

Das Zimmer war sehr ansprechend und groß. Es gab extra Bademäntel plus eine Badetasche mit Badehandtüchern für den Wellnessbereich. Die Damen beim Ein-und Auschecken waren super freundlich und schnell. Keine Wartezeiten. Parkplatz kostet 1,50€ pro Tag.

Wir haben dieses Hotel extra wegen dem Wellnessbereich gebucht da wir relaxen und schwimmen wollten auf unserem Road Trip. Leider war der Hotel Pool so kalt das mein Mann und ich nicht ins Wasser konnten. Waren mega enttäuscht und konnten nicht nachvollziehen wie man im Winter einen Pool dermassen kalt temperiert seinen Gästen anbieten kann. Der Whirlpool war mit dem Wasser des Hauptpools geflutet also dementsprechend ebenfalls eiskalt. Fanden den Wellnessbereich auch ein wenig lieblos gestaltet. Das Hotel ist ausserhalb von Hamburg (30 Minuten) aber das wussten wir bereits vor der Buchung.

Short one night stay

Friendliness of the staff during checkin, breakfast and at the bar. Very eager to help and with pro-active suggestions.

Breakfast was good. Take-away was a bit of a problem, as to take some for on the road, one had to pay extra. Circumvented this, by taking thngs away that were already on our plate. The restaurant closed rather early (admittedly, we arrive after 21hrs), but the small bar menu was still available. The price of the cocktails is a bit on the high side, especially considering the long wait, as the apprentices were under a lot of stress with the orders and sitting at the bar, one could see things go wrong (nothing major though).

Best place in north of Hamburg

I am a regular because the location in the north of town is perfect for me. The pool is great, the gym is state of the art and it is in the middle of a park. This time I had excellent white asparagus in the restaurant. It was perfect.

Stay for 3 nights with 4 pods of coffee and water never replaced - which I found irritating Room fat too hot

Relaxing location

Clean, amenities, bar staying open late, Rooms great , dressing gown..

Cleaning starts too early and rooms are not noise proof.

We chose the location because it was on a golf course and close to nature. The hotel was quite elegant in a contemporary way and the size of our room was large. The breakfast buffet was superb and we enjoyed the facilities, such as the indoor swimming pool.

I was really shocked that our room did not have any air conditioning. I was expecting a 4-star hotel to have this - which I do not believe is an amenity, especially when summers are more than 30 degrees at times. If not central air conditioning, there are external units they could install in the rooms.

Breakfast making your own waffles isn’t luxury or the best experience Better service would be nice too. And the carpet in our room smelled the room didn’t smell nice
