Gute Lage für Turbinenhalle

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und ich durfte sogar schon eher als 14Uhr einchecken. Auf dem Hinterhof stehen kostenfreie Parkplätze zur Verfügung und generell hat das Hotel eine ideale Lage für Konzerte in der Turbinenhalle. Die Betten waren recht bequem und das Frühstück sehr lecker. Fürs nächste Konzert komm ich gerne wieder.

Ich war im Nebengebäude. Es ist zum einen recht hellhörig und auch die Ausstattung ist mittlerweile etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch ging der Abfluss der Dusche nicht sonderlich gut.

Gutes Hotel sehr nahe zur Location Kulttempel

Personal sehr nett Essen im Restaurant gut bürgerlich dennoch sehr lecker Hotelzimmer sauber und Betten bequem. Frühstück sehr gut für kleines Geld. Wir sind mit allem sehr zufrieden gewesen und wir kommen wieder.

Very nice trip to Oberhausen.

Warm welcome. Feels safe. Rooms are hygienic. Staff is fun and professional.

Curtain wasn't dark enough. That's a minor personal preference of us. Not a rant.

Almost an empty room.

The location is good. The breakfast was better than I thought it would be.

Only a room to sleep , no facilities was in there, not even a hair dryer. And in the bathroom, we only found two little soaps , no shampoo. I booked 3 rooms for my family. We came to attend a wedding nearby. When one of my sons asked for an iron, they didn't have it. I've never been in a hotel of this price level which was as bad equipped as this one.

OK for one night and the location is only a 20 minute walk from Rudolf Weber Arena.

Easy and free parking behind the hotel. Checking in and out went very swift.

Breakfast buffet was very limited. Only a few bread buns were available with little or no variation. There was no tea and no staff to ask for it. Orange juice was some watered down version.

Great place to stay for concerts in Turbinenhalle

Great location to the Turbinenhalle and public transport. Clean and comfortable. Fairly priced. Restaurant available with good quality and good prices "gut und günstig"... Really good option on a Sunday since mostly everything is closed.

This is my second time here and the bad things are: - No shampoo, you have to bring your own - Yoi have to ask reception for the wifi password, tgere is nowhere to see it in the room:

That it's cheap and affordable.

IIt's hot at night because there was no Air conditioning or at least electric fan. We had to open the windows the whole evening so that fresh air can come in.

Pleasant

It was easy to park a car without any additional cost, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent giving a wide choice of food.

Rooms are extremely dated with no air conditioning. It was very hot during our stay, we could feel lack of air even though the window was open.

Nice hotel with good features and close to the railway station.

Arrived late after missing my train connection. Staff was super friendly and check-in was done quickly. Room was spacious, the bath was excellent and the bed was good. After a nice breakfast continued my trip, well rested and re-energized.

good value of bed and breakfast for business trip

late check-in, no restrictions entering/leaving the hotel at night, friendly staff even not all speaking English but trying to help clean room, quiet place, tasty restaurant food.

everyday same and a bit poor hot food for breakfast staff been trying to clean the room when occupied too early deadline for checkout (11.00 a.m.)

Hotel is run by really decent and honest people!

After my headphones were stolen, I contacted the hotel and they investigated, confronted the cleaner, got my headphones back and SENT THEM BACK TO ME IN LONDON! The whole situation is quite unfortunate and I never expected to see them again - everyone I tell this story barely believes me. But the hotel management reacted in a fantastic way, and did the right thing - it's excellent to see that there are still good people in this world.

One of the recently hired cleaners stole my headphones from my room.

Generally a comfortable, convenient, good value experience

Clean room. Wifi good. Staff friendly and helpful. Good menu range and quality of food was good. Service and value very good.

Breakfast quite limited on Monday and Tuesday. Noise from parties until late Saturday night. Otherwise nights were very quiet and comfortable
