Polecamy. Czysto, pachnąco, w pokojach zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty. porządne żele i mydełko.

Hotel zadbany, parking tuż przed hotelem, pachnąco i czysto. Miłe zdziwienie na plus. Cena adekwatna. Polecamy

Especially I would never come back. But maybe that is just because that first impress and unfriendly staff, all details

Breakfast included(quite wide variations for) Air conditioner

We were 2x2 but towels for kids we need to ask(late night) Shower gel was empty (need to ask onve again) Crazy shower cause all the time water floading on the floor(the cover wall not normally fixes) Very small room Uncomfortable bed(smaller for kids), kind of hole and after night feeling like you are broken😒 Not woking fridge Unfriendly staff(registrators) And our hotel was changed to other(they are like connected but we choose that one in wich we wasnt staying, so cant compare which is better(by the way some other people were still living there🤷‍♀️ We had a swimming pool (but nobodybsaid that in registration) also or worked at day time whem we are out so didnt use it

IDEALNY hotel dla osób poruszających się na wózkach inwalidzkich.

Pokój dla niepełnosprawnych był najlepszy jaki doświadczyłem w jakimkolwiek hotelu do tej pory! Pokój oraz łazienka były wprost idealnie dostosowane oraz duże. Przestrzeń pod łóżkiem była wystarczająco wysoka, żeby moje koła od podnośnika transportowego idealnie wjechały pod łóżko. Materac był niesamowicie wygodny i z chęcią kupiłbym identyczny do swojego pokoju. Jeśli powrócę do Krakowa to tylko tu!

W sumie to nic. Wszystko było super. Jedyne czego mógłbym się doczepić to dywan w pokoju dla niepełnosprawnych trochę utrudnia poruszanie się wózkiem czy też podnośnikiem, ale na pewno nie jest to czynnik wpływający na ogólną ocenę obiektu czy też samego pokoju.

Nie było tak fajnie.

Basen w hotelu.

Pokój miał być w budynku A w dniu przyjazdu przenieśli nas do bud. B. Naszej rezerwacji nie było, pani w recepcji musiała wprowadzać ręcznie. Pobyt opłacony (ze śniadaniem), a pani chce ode mnie pieniądze. Na następny dzień nie ma nas na liście na śniadanie. Parking strasznie drogi.

Dobra lokalizacja

Fatalne, zarwane łóżko, klimatyzacja mieliła powietrze zamiast chłodzić. Od personelu dowiedziałem się, że lodówka w pokoju nie jest lodówką tylko barkiem i nie nadaje się do przechowywania żywności.

Dostępność komunikacyjną, bliskość parkingu, bardzo miła i uprzejma obsługa.

Problem z hałasem - linia kolejowa i korytarz podejścia/startów samolotów na lotnisko w Balicach.

Świetny hotel w Krakowie przy trasie na Katowice

Czysto, wygodnie, z miłą obsługą. Świetna lokalizacja przy tarasie. Bardzo dobre śniadanie.

Śniadanie w innym obiekcie, ale za to bardzo dobre.

Ottima posizione

Grande parcheggio , comodo per visitare la città e dintorni, a metà tra l’aeroporto e Cracovia

L’hotel è composto da 2 strutture adiacenti , una principale con tutti i servizi compresa la colazione e l’altra con le sole camere , devi uscire e rientrare nella principale se vuoi fare colazione , palestra ,piscina …un po’ scomodo

Not a good value for money

Breakfast is very good, indeed.

The room staff didn’t change sheets, towels, and water in the room. I asked the staff to do that personally, when I met them and they didn’t do it. I had to go downstairs to pick up water every single day of stay. Also, the facility has an INDOOR swimming pool. It’s on the -1 floor. The room doesn’t have a fridge. If you are staying for more than 2 nights and need some food storage, you can count on the bar fridge on the reception only.

Well it was nice but.....

Good service.. nice staff. Had an broken bathroom and they offered to change rooms immediately.

Cleaners could not speak English at all... Bathrooms where not up to standard. Spa was not really a spa its a sauna and a small pool. Radec the pool guy was awesome though. No wifi on the third floor. First room had a refrigerator.. second room did not.. Bad info from hotell staff .. I u don't ask they won't tell..

Disappointing

The room was not prepared for check-in, although the check-in was late. The sofa was broken the back where the head is located during the sleep all the time fall down. The towel warmer didn't work. The heating of the room worked only for ventilation and it was cold inside the room. It was not comfortable to stay there. One gets the feeling that the price of the room was made deliberately lower in order to attract visitors, but no one took care of the rooms and did not check.

I regret paying that amount of money for hotel who never should have 4 stars, more like 2 stars!

Good wi-fi and good staff

No water in toilet at all, no replacement drink water, card doesnt work often and very noise during night. Imagine you cant brush your teeth or take shower in the morning as there is no water, later water come back but brown colour , disgusting

Short but comfortable stay in Krakow

Very nice venue, comfortable bed spacious room. Very good breakfast choice

Bed was very uncomfortable . Was suppose to be on double bed. But was so small two bed collecting to each other which every minute seperating. Could have even sleep . Nit recommend for any person looking fot calm sleep and rest
