Breakfast was great. They have an exceptional chef for cakes. At morning you wake up with the sweet smell of pie. They have few cats and dogs in the structure which offer a sort of free pet therapy. They are well nourished and well kept. They make a friendly family oriented atmosphere.
They should paint the exterior of the building which looks a bit decadent. Some updates at the structure. Use the roof at first floor and the one on the top as place to chill among green plants. They should put few little colored houses for cats and dogs and let them free to walk around in the garden. I'm sure everybody would love their quiet elegance.

Proximity to the beach, excellent breakfast, free parking.
Signage for property ( all covered with bushes! You need a big sign)
Paying for the beach - we do not understand how public land including the sea becomes private!

Great location, just across the street from the beach, close to several restaurants and shops. Hotel staff was extremely friendly, breakfast was quite nice.
Room could use a little updating and the bed was not the most comfortable. We had issues with the toilet, which were promptly taken care of once we reported the leakage. However, I would expect not to go through something like that when booking the most expensive room in the hotel.

Breakfast very good,nice choice.
Location good in relation to port and beach.Nice beach and pool area.lots of restaurants in Port area.
Unfortunately when we arrived pool was not in use but I think it was because of terrible weather the previous week and filters not working properly, they were trying to remedy this.

Parking was good. Nice garden. Friendly staff and good breakfast.
Food and beverages was expensive. We would understand prizes if hotel would been more classy. Soundproofing in rooms was poor.

Circeo is a nice little town but I definitely not recommend this hotel.
The photos look so much better than the place itself! We were planning a pool day, the pool was closed! When we arrived the staff said they upgraded our room, I wonder from what! There were no bulbs in the bedside lamp and the bathroom smelled like a public toilet! And the breakfast was disappointed as well, the fruit salad tasted vinegary and the vienoiseries were stail. The overall deco looks like the place hasn't been redone since the 70's.

Restaurant ... excellent food and service
Location right next to private beach.
Panoramic sea-view room with terrace
Helpful reception staff... e.g., we arrived 2-3 hours before check-in time, but wrre still given keys to room once it had been ascertained that room had been cleaned.
Evening bar service not available on the Sunday evening. However, it was very much end-of-season and the whole town was getting ready to hibernate! In fact, we were unable to find an open bar so went back to our room and had several drinks from the fridge. Upon departure the next day we were not charged for these, even though we admitted they had not been put on our bill.
We were very impressed!

Great location - restaurants are near and it's next to the Sea. Welcome drink made us feel very welcome there. Good breakfast. Free parking lot. Wonderful place to spend some time by the Sea.

Location near the see, bar at the beach, pool with salt water, perfect breakfast.
Lobby bar in the hotel was closed during afternoon and the evening, "hotel's restaurant" was not so good .... in this area we have found better restaurants....

We were welcomed very nicely and were almost alone in the hotel. The location was beautiful by the sea. The breakfast was super implemented due to the corona and very tasty.

The breakfast was really delicious and great variety. It was far superior to other hotels in this region. The staff were really friendly and helpful. In the evening, candles were lit in the hall and the main room, it looked so nice.

The staff is young and very friendly. The hotel has a nice restaurant on the sea. Considering that restaurants are generally costly in the area, the price quality ratio was pretty good (don't look further!). The private beach is well maintained and perfect to relax. The beach staff was also kind and attentive. Considering the price we paid, we were very happy.
The bathroom (and in general the whole hotel) is a bit outdated (I actually liked the overall style). Putting more effort in the maintenance and upgrading the facilities would significantly improve the hotel.

The staff! Paolo and receptionists are fantastic, very friendly. Breakfast servers are nice, especially enjoy the cooked to order eggs and bacon! Pool and beach umbrellas included in hotel cost is a bonus, both are wonderful and the reason we have stayed here several times! Nice free parking.
We return in two weeks to enjoy the last days of summer!

The shower was not the cleanest. Bathroom small.

Beach, pool and breakfast was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, smiles all the way. Looking forward to going back. The staff at the beach were amazing also. Great bar with good variety. Great location and close to the Port.
I can't say there was anything we didn't like, but the restaurant, who is very friendly was not great unfortunately. We had a few meals in other restaurants but La Stiva was not any where close to exceptional and we paid the same price. Our pasta was ordered and on the table in less than 5 minutes. The mussels were cold, it was not a fresh cooked dish. Frittura was nothing to write home about.
