A great value hotel and well positioned to explore Alicante and the coastline of the area.

The hotel for very clean, very comfortable room and good bathroom. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful

There were not enough staff in the restaurant and the only person serving was quite stressed and not as friendly as we would have expected considering everything else was so good. They need to make sure they have enough staff to cope with residents walking in looking to eat.

Nice hotel

Close to the beach, but a little drive to the city center. Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. There is a parking area free of charge nearby.

It would be nice to have a fridge in the room.

Como siempre, lo elijo al ir a Alicante. A 5 minutos en coche Limpieza,cama muy cómoda. Todo lo necesario. Terracita en la mía. Se aparca bien. Desayuno excelente con vistas.Amanecer. pequeño gimnasio. Precio rompedor. Barceló.

Only there for 2 days so ate in hotel but too far to walk to town was under impression hotel in cent

Food and room/ excellent but location very poor, very hilly and no restaurants, bars or shops close had to walk 45 mins into Alicante centre.

Interior design and bed (big size and comfortable)

The photos on the website and in Booking do not reflect reality. The building is quite old and the rooms are only on the first floors of the huge building. We booked a standard room, and the only view we had was a rock wall. We didn't ask for a sea view, but we didn't expect such a view. It really felt like we were underground, and there was no air coming into the room. Towels and sheets full of dirt stains or broken. The elevator did not work the two days we were there. Poor maintenance of the pool, which smelled bad and was definitely not as it looked in the picture. Bad location also, far from the center. We would not recommend it.

The hotel and staff are really good. You can visit the center of Alicante by taking the bus or tram. The tram stop is at 10 minutes walking distance and bus stop 5 minutes.

The Wi-Fi is slow.

Very nice room

We had a balcony with an ocean view. Nice view and very spacious room. Breakfast was ok, lots of choices but cold. 10 minute walk to tram and 10 minutes to city. Restaurant and gym on premises. Three parking lots and street parking. Would stay again.

No fridge, coffee maker and iron in room. Found out later you could ask for these items to be delivered to room. Bathtub very slippery. Could use a rubber mat when showering

it was in a bad location with noting around it, swimming pool was very far from the room. we were located under the restaurant and were woke every morning from 5:30 am by staff/people pulling and moving chairs and tables and the staff going round cleaning. bad menu in restaurant. very disappointed

Exceptional

I loved how clean and quiet it was, the room was spacious enough for 2 people, it had a big balcony with a great view. The reception and cafeteria were immaculate and we had an amazing pizza with goat's cheese and jamon. The location is a big thumbs up. The receptionist and chef were both very friendly, check in easy and quick. We will come back in the future for sure

noise levels including regular first thing morning wake up calls to the sound of construction drilling and hammering had no response when complained via booking.com and hotel directly.

would not return as did not reach three star rating.

it was clean though tired and no focus on detail with broken elements giving it a tired look.

receptionist was not particularly friendly and dismissive of my concern that the room given was immediately below the dining room/communal area. The restaurant staff (at dinner and breakfast) were friendlier but dinner staff were not prompt at service and we struggled to get drinks.

Nice comfortable hotel

Really nice room, comfortable bed, nice balcony overlooking the sea. Very clean and well looked after. Breakfast was a good selection for continental breakfast.

The area around the hotel is a bit tired and there is nowhere to go apart from in to Alicante.

Not a lot of restaurants/shop around. This is hilly, and pavements are narrow. Not great with a young child. Need to always take the car

It's not a luxurious place but for its cost it is good enough.

It's a good value for the cost, the room was clean and the staff welcoming. We requested to change the room and they accommodated the request after some insistence (even though they said there was no free ones at first) for some extra fee.

It was a bit surprising to have no tiny fridge or kettle or any utensils in the room. Not a deal breaker but something I'm used to being provided in the hotels. We had some food left over from the travel and there was no way to store it.
