We had an Executive One-Bedroom Suite that had plenty of room with a living space separate from the bedroom. The kitchen facilities weren't used but it did contain basic equipment to provide for limited meal choices (maybe breakfast and lunch but wouldn't try for dinner). Room was cleaned regularly (although they didn't do our room on the Sunday we were there). Location is great (especially for two palaces you have to see). Subway station about 5 minutes walk away.
Would have been nice to have a bar with a view towards the palaces.

Close to main attractions and airport bus stop up the road. A nice breakfast was included in the price and the room was a good size.
Breakfast perhaps needed a bit more variety but was still good value.

Location good. Large room. 2 good restaurants- Italian & Chinese. Convenience store in the hotel.
The breakfast buffet was very below average. Poor selection & taste.

Large rooms/studio apartment with washing machine and dryer. Excellent location next to the palace.
Breakfast was poor

The location is great, walkable distance from Bukchon Hanok Village, Gyeongbokgung palace, and Changdeok palace. Lots of local bars and restaurants around to enjoy as well. Short walk to the nearest subway station. Hotel has a convenience store 24 hours which is great. The complimentary breakfast is also great. There is also a washer in the rooms which is very useful if you decide to pack light. Mattress is also nicely firm, great for people with back problems like myself. The room has a little induction stove, microwave, pots, pans, and dining utensils.
The furniture is a bit out dated but comfortable still.

Loved the amenities, the rooftop pool and jacuzzi. Great sized gym and weights. Good connection to metro and right next to Insadong and Gyeongbokgung Palace.
Breakfast was okay. The majority of it was the same food for 10 days straight with one or two different things every day.
The cleanliness of the room - the bedside table was dusty as well as the bathroom countertop. The room looks quite dated as it must be an old hotel.

Staff were absolutely lovely and had great English support. The hotel was super clean and nearby key areas for tourists. The breakfast food was good and we got our two week stay at an affordable price.
The rooftop garden is beautiful and overall it had great facilities such as a gym, areas to socialise in, breakfast, restaurants, convenience stores etc.
The bathroom was very clean and the shower had amazing water pressure. The room had both underfloor heating and air con so you could be comfortable during your stay.
Unfortunately, housekeeping accidentally threw away/took a gift I had prepared for a friend from my home country (two new books and some soap). After a long discussion over checking CCTV and trying to figure out what happened, the housekeeping staff reimbursed the cost of my gift.
Overall, I was satisfied with the outcome. However, they shouldn't have thrown items away that they weren't sure of.
The wine glass smashed very very easily. I only tapped it very lightly when washing up, which we had to pay for on checkout

Location of the Hotel is a big plus being in the center of the Palace area. The roof top garden has a great view of the Blue House and the Palaces.
Spacious room and helpful staff.

The location was excellent for a tourist, with a lot of sightseeing and good eateries within walking distance. We also enjoyed the variety at the breakfast buffet, especially the Korean food choices. Finally, the hotel personnel were friendly and welcoming, the best we experienced after staying in four different hotels in Korea.
The rooms, while clean, comfortable and quite spacious, were dated and there were repairs and stained re-caulkings in the bathroom. Time to renovate the rooms. Also, as is typical in the Korean hotels we have experienced, the towels were skimpy and few in number.

Stayed in an executive suite King room. It was large and loved the kitchen/washer-dryer. Great location and nice breakfast. Definitely a good value and would stay there again.

Had a lovely, spacious and comfortable room that even included a washer/dryer. The hotel was very close to the palace and it was easy to get around the area by foot.
Nothing!

Location very good for major attractions. Comfortable stay, particularly appreciated with hot and humid conditions outside. Staff friendly and helpful, with good English skills. More elevators than typical of many hotels.
No serious problems. Only note is that floor of lobby can get slippery when it's wet. Taxi drivers seemed to find it difficult to find the hotel.

Breakfast and rooms were fantastic. One of the best stays Ive had in Korea. Strong internet, wonderful cleaning services.
No information is given regarding pets. We were told upon arrival we need a cage for our dog, as well as vaccination certifications. This should be communicated to guests beforehand. When I tried to ask, I was told off quite rudely by the reception desk. The person also spoke English on the phone, but prefered to speak Korean to my husband upon our arrival.
