This hotel was the best among the hotels stayed during my trip in Italy for 3 weeks.

Restaurant is excellent. Staff from restaurant is also amicable enough for enjoying the meal.

Room was comfortable. The staff were amazing. Breakfast was basic but ample.

There could have been more variety in the breakfast on offer. Bathroom could benefit from updating.

Exceptional staff at a lovely hotel.the

The staff at this hotel are exceptional. They are all so smiley and helpful. A special mention to Angela, who arranged a taxi tour of the monastery and the military cemeteries when our pre booked tour was cancelled after we arrived in Italy. Thank you so much. She was excellent. The staff are a credit to the hotel.

It’s good for one night stop if it’s on your way.

It’s clean and spacious. At the front of the property there is comfortable shaded seating area. There’s a water park next door and plenty of free parking. It’s set back from the road and quiet. It had tea/ coffee facilities in room.

The decor of the room was gaudy and cold and cheap looking. I think it was expensive for where and what it is. We didn’t have breakfast included but we only stayed one night.

It was great

Room was good, location as well. The staff presented us with an animal pack to offset the extra money spent for the dog. This was a very nice touch and much appreciated.

Nothing really. The fact that buffet breakfast is served by staff (albeit very friendly) ruins a bit the buffet feel and makes one feel conscious about what one consumes.

THE SIZE OF THE ROOM AND THE STAFF WERE PLEASANT ENOUGH

The electrics in the room were very dodgy. The fridge didnt work, The spa bath wasnt working properly and the desk lamp started making a fizzing noise and switched off immediately in case it went on fire. The breakfast was not good at all as all cold meats and cheeses were warm and inedible.

air conditioning did not work properly temperature about 40 degrees in cassino and air conditioning in room would not go below 25 this is the second time in this hotel and had this problem before, air conditioning pre set and won’t go down in temp staff could not help as it was the weekend

This is a large hotel made to host conventions and receive groups coming for the particular history of Cassino during WWII. All is made to make your stay the best as possible.

Easy choice if there for the Abbey visit.

Nice modern room (stayed in the beige room, economy)-great overhead shower, fantastic AC.

Uncomfortable, hard bed. Not a walkable location from the Cassino town, although close by car. Could not get a taxi after dinner and restaurant staff was super kind to drive us back to the hotel around midnight.
