Very well located and good value for money.
The only negative was the lack of atmosphere in the hotel especially the mausoleum of a restaurant where many seemed to be on a dietetic programme. In the evening there was a total lack of atmosphere and even the bar was closed. The rooms were fine but the hotel looked generally unloved with weeds growing out of the front bar terrace and the rear garden overgrown. Staff could not have been more helpful and despite the issues mentioned this was functional and good value.

The view from the balcony of the river and the Alps was wonderful. The staff at check in were friendly. Location is excellent. The room was massive for an affordable price.

The cleanliness, the breakfast, the pool, Nicolas the excellent barman
some of the features in the rooms were shabby and in need of repair

convenient location and staff were very helpful
we paid and were told that the rooms were identical however one room had a queen size bed and the other room had a small double bed. this room stank of smoke and was quite uncomfortable for non smokers

Nicholas and Jerome - excellent service guys!
Had an incredible massage, but unfortunately I didn't catch her name.
Wednesday night fireworks - what a great idea.
Nice big room, bathroom and balcony.
There is a lovely grand piano in the dining room for the musicians out there.
The area is very peaceful, away from the buzz of the main ski resorts but with a lovely village atmosphere. There are some lovely people working the local shops.
There is free parking next door, don't waste your money on parking in the hotel.
The hotel policies on it's own staff are a poor show in my opinion, trust your staff and they'll repay you in kind. The hotel keeps everything locked up, i.e. even toilet paper is kept in a locked plastic cage in the toilet. Camera's keep an eye on the staff and they are not allowed to leave the area they are servicing, nor are they able to access the internet. Just seems very in the past.
Mini-bar is 2 bottles of water.
Games room table all require €1 or €2, c'mon guys, this should be freely available.
There is a jacuzzi, but they don't put water in it!! Why have it in the first place!?
Pool is way to small to consider any actual swimming.

Room and facilities (spa, ski store) were great, as was the restaurant. Reception was helpful in booking a taxi for my friend who was staying outside of Brides les bains one evening.
Great crepe place next door and various bars and restaurants close by - and of course the ski lift is close.
Hotel is a little dated in areas (lifts, corridors, etc) but the areas that mattered (rooms, spa and restaurant/bar areas) were fine.

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was nice. Lovely location.
Spa was out of action, and the pool was only the size of a large bath, so it wasn't really a 'spa hotel'. Also there were some hairs in the shower, and the room was too hot.

I REALLY LIKED BRIDES LES BAINS, IF YOU ARE WANTING TO SAVE MONEY RATHER THAN STAY IN MERIBEL THIS IS A GREAT WAY OF DOING IT, GREAT LIFT RIGHT UP TO THE RESORT AND THE LOCAL BARS AND RESTAURANTS WERE GOOD, I WOULD ONLY STAY HERE FOR A SHORT TRIP RATHER THAN A FULL WEEK. THE HOTEL WAS GOOD FOR WHAT YOU PAY, IT IS OUTDATED BUT WHAT WE EXPECTED.THE STAFF WERE LOVELY AND THE BARMAN WAS EXCELLENT, THE BAR IS A BIT LIKE AN AIRPORT LOUNGE BUT WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY HERE..
FOR THE PRICE WE PAID IT WAS GOOD

Good space in the room. Room cleaned well daily. Excellent shower.
Disappointed that at no stage during the 5 days did the hotel staff make any attempt to clear the snow and ice from the 20 metre bridge outside the main 1st floor exit to the town and ski-lift

The hotel is poorly maintained and managed. Four-star is absolutely a joke.
1. the pictures on the booking.com are completely different from the room we lived (so-called superior triple room). The receptionist just didn't care and said that it is the fault of booking.com, while the booking.com said that the information including the photos is maintained by the hotel itself.
2. the reception ladies are totally unprofessional, unfriendly and helpless. A guy called Vincent is the only one who certainly outperforms his colleagues.
3. no bottled water provided in the last five days. It was said because of their supply issue.
4. the room was not well cleaned
5. the indoor swimming pool is just a joke, thanks to its tiny size
