I was a little upset about the parking situation which was down to the fact that there was a game on that evening. The parking attendant was courteous to let me park in the special bay so I could sort out the check-in and take my luggage in. The staff at the desk were extremely understanding. I would actually recommend him for a reward for his exceptional patience and his approach to not just calm me down and be helpful but also completely changed it into a very positive interaction. Having travelled extensively across the globe, I definitely wanted to invest the time to provide this feedback. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the person who attended me but am sure that can be tracked as people like him are a great asset to your business :)
I was a little upset about the parking situation which was down to the fact that there was a game on that evening but again its not that there was no parking available...

Big comfortable rooms, friendly and competent staff, decent breakfast at a nice location. If you are a soccer fan, the fact that it circles the stadium is an interesting plus. A lot of restaurants and a shopping center just at the door make it a convenient stop too.
The front door of the room could be more noise-insulated, the noise coming from the concourse can be annoying. The neigborhood is good, but not very walk-friendly. A car would be recommended to go around.

Perfect hotel for a break and staff are lovely
Everything

The staff was lovely and the room was amazing with a view of the inside of the stadium

Everything we expected and I love the small gesture of a fresh baked cookie ok arrival.
Breakfast was lovely apart from the sausages. Working in catering myself I feel rhe sausages could be cooked differently . I may be wrong but they tasted as of they were boiled and just slightly grilled.
For me that was rhe only thing that could be improved.
4.5
Generally good though scrambled eggs , usually a favourite, did not look appetising so I avoided them.
Fresh bean decaf coffee should be available. Instant decaf sachets are not good enough as a comparable substitute.

Close to the arena. Great staff.

The room and the staff
No food available to hotel guests early evening
Hot breakfast items were cold.

Great location for what I needed. Good staff and a first class breakfast. The room was large and very comfortable with soft pillows (very important).

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had everything needed. Arrival cookie was pretty good too. Would definitely stay here again. After this stay, I’d definitely look to stay in this chain of hotels for other trips.
Breakfast is quite expensive but still good.

Room was very clean and spacious with a view over the football pitch and the bar/restaurant was very good
Nothing, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

It was VERY convenient for the purpose of our stay ie a concert being held at StadiumMK. Breakfast was a very typical buffet. The quality of the food was OK but nothing special and it wasn't obvious if you could have anything other than what was on the buffet. The "RED Dot" bar provided bar food in the evening (from the "Lunch" menu! and this was again typical bar food such as Pizza and Loaded Chips and it was, we thought, expensive for what you got.
As the hotel is built into a football stadium the majority of the rooms are arranged on the 4th floor - essentially around the perimeter of the pitch. This means that some rooms are at the very other end of the pitch - a VERY long walk from the lifts which are located by reception (at the front of the hotel which is located one end of the stadium). The lighting in our room was very strange. It seemed to have a mind of it's own. Sometimes you could try every switch in the room and nothing at all happened. Then all of a sudden they started working. Not reported as only staying the one night.

Good breakfast

Lovely hotel, accommodated a request of being close to a lift, hotel was clean. Parking is discounted when you stay (but used to be free), close to food venues and shops
Parking right outside can be a pain and you now have to pay for parking. It's an expensive hotel but is nice

Great location, nice restaurants and bar. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Walking all the way around the stadium to get to my room. There is only one lift which takes you to reception and if you have your room on the other side you have to walk for miles. It’s very confusing to get your way around.
3.0
It was close to our destination
We were given a room at the back of the hotel it was a very long walk to get to the room and dining room
4.5
A very modern and corporately styled hotel to tone with the stadium that was pleasing to the eye with the black and red dot theme.
The room was nicely appointed and very clean. In fact we were impressed by the constant presence of a cleaning team around the building and the thoroughness of the cleaning they were doing.
The staff on the front desks were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Our room was an accessible room and the bathroom was nicely designed without the institutional feel that other hotels achieve.
Excellent facilities nearby with shops, several chain restaurants and a cinema.
The only minor omission was the lack of decaffeinated tea in the room and that the only decaffeinated coffee available in the Red Dot Bar was instant coffee.
3.5
Very clean and tidy room; breakfast was well-prepared and plentiful.
Bit of a wait at reception with one staff member on duty.

Absolutely wonderful staff
I am a person on wheelchair so booked as it offers facilities for my needs. The corridor doors were difficult to manage by my husband not possible to hold doors and wheelchair. We stayed in king size third floor. The shower water runs towards the door not the drain. I didn’t risk showering due to floor being too wet didn’t wish to slip. We ordered dinner through room service Pizza was served nicely with chips and salad pizza looked good.Shame it was burnt at bottom ate a bit was hungry chips and salad excellent.Breakfast was very good. First time experience not so outstanding for Hilton for us.

2 x Single beds, (what I asked for) but very hard etc. Could have been much better. Whilst the room was looking into the football statdium, I was just looking for a cheap room.
In other news, Breakfast was ok.
Room was very very hot and Aircon didn't work. Radators were all on full.
Hotel checked me in but felt like they had lost the booking.
4.5
Beds were lovely, shower excellent, restaurant was great, staff very attentive!
Parking is expensive, we were given a discount code which didn’t work so was £20 for 24 hours
4.5
Great location for what we were looking for.
Unique int hat it is in a football stadium
Close to facilities and shopping of all kinds
We didn't expect there to be a football match on the night of our stay so was noisy but not excessive.
Parking was some way from the hotel with large bags due to football match

Good environment
The beds could have been twin beds. Not one big double bed

Rooms and property fine, no complaints
I finished a work event late, Sunday 5th May and was awoken before 8am by a very noisy marathon start from both directly outside my window and inside the ground itself. When booking I feel I should’ve been made aware of this as I would’ve likely booked a different property.
5.0
Excellent services
The distance to my room was kinda far
