Breakfast perfect. Location outstanding
With the exception of the bar staff, other staff were aloof. Didn’t feel particularly welcomed.

View, the fully modernised rooms and bathrooms, the very friendly staff and comfortable lounge bar atmosphere
We were in a top floor room set into the roof space and we did hit our heads more than once! But overall this did not detract from the lamlash bay being the best hotel we stayed in on arran

the location and sea view and the staff
bedroom a bit small with sloping ceiling, bed was small. No lift disabled people would struggle on the second floor.

Staff very friendly and helpful Lovely location. Food in the hotel was excellent.
No lift in the hotel as far as I know, however there were only two storeys. The bed was okay but the pillows could have been more comfortable
