This sun drenched beautiful private home is in a calibra all of it's own. Suitable for families, couples and pets as it has a large fully enclosed private backyard. This home is close to everything you need to see and do in the gorgeous Tahunanui Beach area. Also the back beach for exercising the dog or the kids. The calm swimming beach is walking distance. The choice of cafes and restaurants close by. 10 km to the CBD. Plenty to do for both young to old. Nelson is at your door step. The children will love our own Natureland zoo, mini golf, and the bumper boats. Grab a fishing rod and fish off the beach. The world known Wow museum is a short 2 minute drive as is the airport. This property is located central to everything in the area. NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);

Loved the location of this property so handy to the beach and the rest of Nelson. The space in the property was perfect too.We had a lovely stay at this house even though we had some uncertainty with dates which didnt update on our booking. The
hosts were gracious with us.

When we arrived we were really impressed with the cleanliness and size of the living area. We loved being in walking distance of the boardwalk around the campsite and having the spa just added that extra something fun for the kids on our holiday.

Second time staying here. Very clean and has everything you needs. Secure and private. Easy access to beach,airport and short drive to town. Pet friendly too which is fantastic and the yard is fully secured. Will book again

Only downfall was that it came with no sheets on beds ? I was unaware we had to bring our own sheets .

We had a great stay here, this place is very tidy and well set out with a nice clean decor. The kitchen is well equipped and the spa is nice and private. Great back yard for dogs and very secure. Highly recommended and returning to this one. Cam and Sandy.

Had a fantastic stay at this really well appointed property in a great location. The house is well looked after, cosy and warm. The location is perfect for quick access to Tahunanui beach and the city. Recommended!

Perfect for airport, 4 minutes away.
Just an option to think about - could sheets, towels and teatowels be an option? We hit BB&B when they were doing stock take so closed, we made do though.

This house looks better than the photos! It didn't disappoint in any way. Very warm and comfortable with a lovely section for our dog.
Yes you hear the odd plane and the spa pool but it's not a problem.

We neede a secure property for our two dogs, and with the great fencing and access this was truly great.
The accommadation was very clean and tidy, and there was everything we needed

The house was really lovely – extremely clean and tidy, comfortable living areas and bedrooms, excellent kitchen with everything you needed. The location is within close walking distance to the beach and the general Tahunanui Reserve area (we had a nice afternoon walk along the boardwalk to Natureland), and easy driving to other parts of Nelson. Close to the airport, but since no jets land there, the noise is minimal and it's actual quite fun to watch the planes coming in. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Really good place for small kids as all on one level, carpeted floors and big flat grass garden Beds a bit soft for me. Walking distance to beach. Noisy with aircraft-but to be expected next to an airport! We enjoyed our stay

This property was a very lovely home away from home with a nice open plan kitchen and living room, and a large back yard for our dog to play. Good communication made any questions easy to answer, and there was lots of off-road parking and storage. Nice to have an outdoor eating and relaxing area and the spa really topped to all off!! Would definitely stay again

This is a very well presented property - understated on the outside, but really smart and comfortable inside. Very comfy King bed, and the spa was an added luxury.
