Any quality is ruined by the cigarette smell issue

Overall decent hotel. Staff was nice. I like the big bathrooms It’s very close to the action- but it also gets some noise nuisance because of that. Unfortunately, any positive qualities of this hotel were ruined for me because of the cigarette smell issue I describe below.

-Cigarette smell travels to non smoking room This is unacceptable and a deal breaker. Staff was nice enough to make me visit 4 rooms on 3 different floors and they all reeked of cigarette. -Another problem is they have those individual AC units that point directly to the bed. I got very sick on the second night and had to shorten my stay at this hotel and book another hotel to rest and recover. I don’t know if I got sick because of these problems but this couldn’t have helped either. Other things I didn’t really like: -some trendy DJ plays loud aggressive party music at the pool area on all evenings. It’s just a complete mismatch with the family style of the hotel and I doubt the couple of guests trying to relax at the pool enjoyed it - or any of the guest in the rooms facing that area. -I found the quality of the food at the breakfast buffet a bit lacking. -the hotel gets some noise nuisance at night from being so close to Kokusai street

国際通りからの近さだけで選んで滞在時間が短いなら良いかもしれないけど、それ以外はモーテル以下

ロケーション(国際通り徒歩10秒)

古い、狭い、トイレからはアンモニア臭がして部屋はずっとカビ臭かった。エアコンで除湿しようとしてもエアコン自体も臭くて本当にいるのが辛かった。ロケーションのせいかホテルのランクに比べて安くもない

Personale molto gentile, posizione ottima, camera molto spaziosa, colazione buonissima, ci tornerei subito molto volentieri

Belle camere ma da rimodernare un pò e mettere dei deodoranti perchè appena si entra hanno un odore un pochino di chiuso, ma comunque consiglierò sempre questo hotel

satisfied stay , recommended .

breakfast was good , it covers the varieties of okinawa's specialties . location very convenient for tourists as shopping and food are all within walking room was clean, staffs are very friendly and polite . room is typical of Japanese , small and double bed was small for our standard.

After a very good experience in 2016 I had high expectations which were unfortunately disappointed.

Very friendly staff. Very concerned about their guests. Location is very good - just off Kokusaidori & very close to Makishi monorail station

Apparently not able to cope with typhoon - clanging windows & shutters, water in my room (carpets soaked), whistling air vent partially closed with masking tape. Breakfast room too small - resulted in being wait-listed a few mornings Electronic payment system would not accept my credit card for the final bill, despite paying with exactly this card a few days earlier for early check-in. I had to withdraw cash & pay final bill in cash.

Great location/family holidays.

If you are looking for a family place in the city, this is the perfect place. The location is exceptional—easy access from anywhere. We stayed with a baby and a toddler, so it was very comfy for all of us. The Hotel offers you many facilities you may need for your stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly, attending to all details at any moment.

Please keep in mind that the Hotel is having some renovations. However, the whole staff was accommodating and professional, solving any inconvenience at the moment.

Elegant and beautiful hotel in the midst of Kokusai Street.

Palm Tower room was lovely, as was the art in the lobby and hallways. Breakfast was plentiful every morning, even at the end of service. All around a lovely hotel.

Staff, Location, Facilities, Value for the Money. Easy to get to from the airport via monorail. The hotel had its own onsen and DIY laundry. The hallways were literally a museum.

Superb

I really enjoyed this hotel, it is clean with a very nice hot bath on the 2nd floor. It's very well located on Kokusai Dorii. I unintentionally left an item in my room after my checkout and the hotel staff did a great job to help me get it back after I left, so I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel with outdoor pool

- Outdoor pool was awesome. I was the only person there so it was like a private pool for me, but the water was a little cold - Indoor public hot bath is nice - Staff were friendly. The staff showed me where the pool was, and gave me a towel - Location is great, conveniently on Kokusai Dori close to restaurants - I liked the Japanese style bath in my room along with a bathtub

- There was no bottled water provided, but not a big deal as there were 2 convenience stores just across the street - I wanted to go for a massage, but they were booked full

Exceptional

Breakfast buffet was amazing- daily rotation of Okinawan specialties + Japanese and continental breakfast staples. Spacious room, well maintained pool +poolside where you can relax during the day. Also in an excellent, central location downtown, but I had no complaints about street noise.

The public bath is a little small (just one bath + 6 or so showers) for the whole hotel. Also the room didn't have a kettle (but did have a coffee machine).
