Ik had beter verwacht

Het personeel was zeer goed en ook de schoonmaak maar we hadden een kamer waar het toilet steeds doorliep ondanks dat er na gekeken was en als je had gedoucht kwam het water onder de tegels voor het bed wel gemeld en de kluis was stuk ook gemeld nieuwe batterij werd er gezegd nooit gekomen helaas maar verder prijstechnisch te duur kamer was te klein denk wel geschikt voor een persoon maar ja wat het belangrijste is het personeel was zeer goed en behulpzaam .

Location and safe parking space. The breakfast was very good.

If you're receiving a couple, including one complimentary water bottle per guest would be considered a nice gesture. Room was extremely small. Bed looked and felt dated.

Clean and worth the cost

The staff are very friendly and more than happy to answer questions or give advice on where to go when you're out and about. The room was clean and the empty shampoos ect were replaced without asking. Check out was a breeze (far better than the nearly half an hour at another hotel) and the invoice detailed what each charge was.

The menu in the vista restaurant doesn't have prices. It can be noisy but it is in the city centre so it's to be expected. The casino is pants. I wanted to play some blackjack but it's all electronic games (mainly fruits).

The breakfast was fine but not enough variation. It was the same foods everyday.

The room wasn’t cozy and they had a lock on the refrigerator. Many of those items should be complimentary.

The hotel is very centrally located. it’s walking distance from the monument, where you will find various very good restaurants and bars.

The walls are pretty thin in the hotel rooms, so you can hear clearly what goes on in the room next door.
