The location is exceptional. Right next to a beach, but crucially, 15 meters up, allowing fantastic views over the bay that attracts large yachts by the dozen. Nice pool area. We bought half board because it was virtually free, and it turned out to be a new 4-course menu every day, with very high quality plates (not buffet). Likely the best hotel dinners ever. The rooms are fine, beds comfy, good blinders, and free parking. Relaxed atmosphere. Would go back.
There are no services apart from beaches within walking distance. The AC is a bit aggressive -- works very well, but blows directly to the bed, guaranteeing flu. Shortage of power plugs in the room. The washroom wast huge, but no place to put any of your stuff down. Such a common design flaw...

Close beach which was very nice and a great saltwater pool with not much use so we had it to ourselves mostly. Other beaches also nearby that were fun to check out.
We were told we were all set for an early checkout but then had to return to checkout by other staff later. There was also an unpleasant smell when the door was left shut in our room for too long.

Location and the hotel layout great beach
Could do with a evening bar for residents
2.5 / 5.0
The place was small and quiet, had private beach and the staff was pleasant and helpful.
Housekeeping very good.
The price is based on the location (Porto Cervo) but not on the quality of the structure. The hotel does need a revamp, sockets were old and not safe, the sunbed mattresses by the pool were old and stained with mould, the gym area was poor and sometimes the bathroom had a bit of bad small.
The hairdryer was one of the white old ones, fixed on the wall, once hot difficult to handle without getting burnt.
The food at the restaurant quite basic.

Breakfast ok, but very little variation during the week
Beach close to the hotel was perfect
You need a car because neighbourhoods are dead and the hotel does not entertain
Sunbeams are not comfortable but expensive
Very poor bar service, probably end of season and no refill

Location is fantastic, a lot of beaches to choose from. But please note, it is quite a remote place, so no supermarkets, etc.
Staff is just great, very helpfull. Restaurant food is exceptional.
In the shower, would be great to have a shelf for soap, shamp etc.
While serving dishes during dinner one by one is high class and all, at times it can be very 'protrackted'. Ok for some, but not for all. Too much waiting. Maybe, choosing dishes day before and serving all at once (or with shorter pauses) would solve this.
Charging very high price for beach towels, umbrellas - definetely spoils overall impression!

such a beautiful setting and so relaxing. the staff could not have done more to make our stay so perfect.
only slight little fault I would have liked a hand held shower in the bathroom. the rooms are quite dated and basic but it was so Italian it added to the appeal of the place.

Best beach in Sardinia and this is within a minutes walk from the hotel . Wonderful Sun loungers under umbrellas and restaurant nearby. Beautiful views across the bay. This is the perfect beach holiday.
Extremely clean and very friendly staff.

Nice beach. Good breakfast. Nice views. Best to have a car because not much nearby to see, place is a bit isolated. Went in late May and pool was beautiful but cold. I don’t understand why they these places don’t heat their pools. No one used it. Wait staff were friendly.
Way too much for an umbrella and chair at the beach. I’ve been around the world and $10/day is average, $40 is ridiculous. 5 days…$200 for an umbrella a hair? Facility should supply to guests at no fee. Breakfast was the same every morning.

great location. Upgraded rooms were perfect with lovely ocean views and nice size and finish. Service in restaurant excellent. Lovely pool.
Way too expensive. Room rates just are too high. Especially for late season. Beach very crowded as well. A bag of t shirts socks and underwear cost E 188 for washing and folding. We were not warned in advance. That bothered me. Also I tried to cancel the reservation the same day I made it after 10 minutes. It was not allowed even many months before travel. I thought that was unreasonable too. I would only recommend it if money is no object but then you would go 5 star. The less expensive rooms are really not too nice. I will not return

We liked a lot the fast access to the beach.
The communication of some extra costs was not done clearly - example for the beach towels you pay EUR 10 every day.

Only close to beach
Room service extra charge 30 euro
Towel extra 4 euro, I’m sorry but nothing to say good, don’t go !

Excellent hotel, I would recommend half board as the food is very very good and the restaurant staff are very helpful and friendly. Location is great with at least 5 beaches in walking distance. About 10 mins from Porto Cervo. Hotel and pool area were great. Rooms not too generous for the three of us but were very clean tidy and comfortable. Very enjoyable stay

The location! So many beaches to walk and drive to all alone the emerald coast. I also loved that we were there a little off the high season to have a quiet trip relaxing by the pool, not rushing to find a spot to put our towel. I’d definitely go back to this property!
