L’hôtel était décontracté et au même temps calme et bien fréquenté. À la fin on se sentait un peu chez nous 😊

Le jardin et la piscine. Hôtel taille moyenne. L’emplacement calme, mais très proche d’une plage très belle et calme et à 15 min à pied du centre de Santa Maria. Le petit déjeuner. Buffet Très bon et varié.

Il faut plus de parasols dans la plage, parfois tous sont pris. Il faut aussi mettre une indication claire pour dire que cela appartient à l’Hotel.

Bien dans l'ensemble mais la dimension réelle des chambres à revoir

très complet et très propre avec la petite omelette fait à la minute et qualitatif les repas

tout est chiffré et les prix sont un peu cher par rapport au pays mais bon c'est vrai que nous appartenons à la classe touristique. Petit bémol, la chambre a été calculée avec le balcon du coup ils vendent une chambre plus grande alors qu'elle ne l'est pas donc publicité mensongère en sachant que j'ai payé un supplément pour ça

Das Frühstück war gut. Das Personal ist freundlich. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß.

WLAN ist in den Zimmern nicht verfügbar - nur mit viel Glück im Restaurantbereich und manchmal im Poolbereich. Die Liegen am Pool sind übersäht von Vogelkot. Die Beschattung der Liegen am Strand ist so niedrig, dass man nicht mehr auf der Liege sitzen kann. Viele Moskitos - vor allem im Vergleich zu Boa Vista, wo wir keine Moskitos hatten.

arrived at the hotel late in the evening assessed the facilities it was obvious to me very soon that the hotel did not look anything like the images I booked with. had a terrible nights sleep in an extremely uncomfortable bed, I went down to reception to inform the staff of my unhappiness and that I had no intention of staying in their venue, they made me wait around all day before the manager finally said this happens often and they don’t really care i have to accept it. this is obviously unacceptable and not what I’d expect via booking.com. I explained that I would happy to pay for the one evening I stayed but nothing more as I had no intention of staying and had to find a more suitable venue for my stay. which I did and then left. I then discover that the hotel have been harassing my partner at our alternative venue & im deeply unhappy about this

Nice, comfortable stay. Beautifull hotel and met all my requirements.

I loved the breakfast. It was very divers. Each day was a surprise what they would serve for breakfast. Friendly staff and also a lot of options to choose from for dinner. Relaxing environment with a lot of facilities to choose from! Definitely a recommendation!

10/10. Perfect getaway location reaching higher expectations than I could ever have imagined.

The property was very clean and well designed, so all rooms looked out onto the beautiful swimming pool. A lot of care and attention is made to the immaculate surrounding gardens, with lustrous colours of the eye catching flowers. It was very welcoming, and comfortable.

Great breakfast, very quiet hotel really relaxing, the staff is great , food at the restaurant is also good and prices are quite balanced, the hotel is in a very good location, just in front of the Hilton, with direct access to the beach (across the road). our experience was very good , on our 2nd trip to Sal.

Nice stay with friends at a beautiful place:)

I liked the atmoshere of the property and we could stay all of us close together and store our kite and wing equipment next to our door on the grass. The staff is very helping all the time. We also liked very much the food also the breakfast as well. So we are coming back definitely as it was perfect for us:)

Beautiful hotel close to the beach

the hotel is small but very comfortable. the staff is really nice . I would also recommend getting a massage with Marcelo, it was amazing ! I would also add that both the cocktails and the dinner offered at the restaurant are great.

everything was great but if I could ask for something it would be to have real orange juice. we really didn’t like the artificial juices !

Simply the best

Very nice hotel,with a lovely atmosphere.The hotel staff very friendly,helpful,and always smile,which makes you feel really welcome.Wide range of selection at the breakfast,delicious meals at the restaurant,nice cocktails.We were more than statisfied with everything,the hotel is highly recomended to everybody!Only sad things,we have to leave this wonderful place,and these lovely people.

Peaceful, simple retreat.

Beautifully designed hotel to ensure whilst on the road it is nice and peaceful. Rooms facing out onto the pool with lovely areas with hammocks to chill. The team on site were always friendly and helpful, rooms cleaned everyday. Good value in terms of accomodation price and food and drink.

Clean facilities and accommodating

When taking a shower, the water wouldn't get as hot as I wanted it. It was adequate for short showers, but I had just spent a month camping out in the beaches, and I felt I needed a good scrubbing to get the dirt off me.

Great location and very comfortable place to stay!

Staff were so helpful & friendly. Location was great, across the road from beach and about 15min walk to the centre of town. Rooms were clean and beds comfy! Breakfast buffet had a bit of everything and was very tasty. Hotel is small enough that it never felt too busy and we didn't feel anonymous which was nice.

Wifi wasn't great, hard to get a decent signal anywhere. Pool beds were mostly in the shade except a few at the back which were always taken quickly.

good room. good ventilation (natural air flow) and air conditioner, good pool, great shower, good gym, staff was very polite. we got local life music with dinner, it was great for couples.

Great hotel - large and comfortable rooms with very helpful staff. Slightly outside the town but still very conveniently located (8-10 minutes on foot). Just a couple of minutes away from the beach too.

Beautiful style clean modern and amazing pool, spaceus room with comfortable bed, great shower, I loved that the shower toilet and sink area where all separate, ample wardrobe space, t.v. And fridge . A great variety of food for breakfast. Hire bikes on site. Walking distance to main strip. Beach was just over the road 2 min walk. Lovely friendly staff. Great location. Love this Hotel

Big, comfortable room. WiFi is OK at times. Nice beachfront area with free lounges.

A bit impersonal. Everything's somewhat dated. Breakfast is definitely not 4 star...bad machine coffee, better be early or you'll have a hard time finding some things. Can't walk barefoot around pool as stones are really sharp. A bit far from town center if walking.

Amazing stay! Highly recommended!

My husband and I travelled from the UK and stayed here between 08.12.21 and 18.12.21. Amazing hospitality! All staff very welcoming, polite, respectful and helpful! Henrick was super helpful and assisted us with every query promptly. Perfect location, walking distance from the beach and watersports centre. Town 10-15minute walk. Easy access to tour guides for excursions I.e. quad biking and island tours.
