Quiet place, tasty breakfast, far from the beach

The breakfast was really good. Also there's a swimming pool next to the main building, there are two or three of them, it was really quiet so we could take a good rest. The bed is REALLY comfy and they provide you enough towels and shower gel. The staff was very welcoming and the cleaning was at a great level. The hotel is close to the sea but to get to the place to swim, you better take a bus or walk for 20 minutes or so.

Unfortunately, there's no closet in the room, only quite a small rail and a couple of hangers. Also we couldn't arrange a visit to the Spa centre because of the poor administration of the process.

Le paradis sur terre 🌺

J'ai passé le plus beau séjour de ma vie dans cet hôtel ! Je suis venue avec mon père pour se détendre en famille cet été et c'était exceptionnel ! Le personnel est d'une gentillesse rare et précieuse, la qualité du service est exceptionnelle. Le matin le buffet est d'un régale absolue avec des plats qui changent tous les jours. La piscine est grande et spacieuse, parfaite pour s'amuser, se reposer ou rencontrer d'autres voyageurs. Le style de l'hôtel est magnifique, avec différents styles qui se mélangent (de quoi plaire à tout le monde). Les chambres sont spacieuses et parfaite pour chiller devant la TV dans un jacuzzi, se reposer, ou même travailler sur le bureau. Une belle promenade près de l'eau avec plusieurs restaurants aux alentours, des cascades d'eau et même un grand centre commercial qui ferme tard. Pour aller dans le centre ville "touristique" ou aller à la plage il vous faudra juste prendre le bus à quelques minutes à pieds de l'hôtel. L'hôtel vous propose aussi des excursions toutes prêtes dans les alentours. Vous n'avez qu'à choisir votre excursion préférée parmis un large choix et ils s'occupent de tout le reste pour vous, vous n'aurez rien d'autre à faire si ce n'est vous laisser porter et savourer le voyage 🥰 En fin, l'hôtel propose de nombreux services de soins et de relaxation, j'ai testé les massages deux fois et c'était vraiment top ! 🥰 Encore une fois, merci à l'équipe de l'hôtel Azuu qui nous a accueilli comme de la famille. Comme ils le disent, "venez en tant qu'invité, et repartez comme un membre de la famille". Cette phrase résume vraiment bien notre séjour 🫶🥰🌻🌺

Нет шкафа в номере,заявленная двухспальная кровать была из двух односпальных ,к концу первой ночи я проснулась в дыре разъехавшихся матрасов

Хороший отель, удобное расположение. Отель новый. Есть лифт. Удобно семьям с детьми. Номер чистый, уборка каждый день. Сотрудники вежливые, всегда помогут. Завтрак шведский стол, вкусный. Отель превзошел ожидания. Очень понравилось

Новый отель, чистый номер, было приятно оставаться. Персонал очень вежливый и желающий помочь. Завтраки шведский стол очень вкусные и разнообразные. Есть место для парковки авто. Тихий район, можно спать с открытыми окнами.

nice big room

I booked jr. suite for extra comfort without knowing there was a renovation in the building. I called reception and asked why didn't you warn us about the renovation beforehand but she blamed me for booking jr. suite. They just destroyed our small resting time.

Exceptional

Very good location of the hotel, beautiful area and convenient transportation. Delicious breakfasts, a variety of hot food and drinks. I want to note the friendly staff, there is no boorish attitude towards guests, they are always ready to help. Beautiful lobby and rooms. Impressions were only positive.

We love Azuu!

The breakfast is great to start the day. Lots of options and the scrambled egg...beautiful! Very friendly staff, going above and beyond every day. Extra special mentions to Bareki, Yunus, Hasan and Sinem, also Suzan and her great smile! Thank you all!! Second visit and definitely will be back again...and again!

There is not a lift in one block. This is due to the structure of the building, .but not a major issue. The views from the rooms and the hotel itself make up for it

great place safe and good for parking with easy access into old centre

good breakfast and real coffee definitively a plus. small pool to cool down in with kettle in room to make hot drinks.

we were updated to a lovely room however it was many flights of steps up without a lift!

Unacceptable for the price. Would be ok for 20€...

Photos show what they call Delux Room.. >Facepalm< Holes in the walls, bathroom door rotten because the shower screen isn't full so water splashes everywhere, there's this awkward empty space that just begs for some sitting, instead there's not even one chair, there are only 2 light points (see picture below) and no switch at the bed so you need to get up, turn the light off and find your way back (no reading lights next to bed). Housekeeping could do a better job as well.

it was close to the airport

it was a room at the 4th floor without elevator, it had no Wi-Fi in my room, we had no running water for 1.5 days, we had no hot water, then the staff lied to us that it is problem in all Antalya when it clearly wasn’t, the maintenance guy came without notice while I was busy in my room to take some pipes from the “shared” balcony. very poor value for money
