the family room we had a really big and spacious and extremely clean. The staff were all lovely. We enjoyed the pool and overall we had a great stay here. Extremely good value for money. We would stay here again without hesitation.

False Advertising. Over-priced. Very rundown.

Location was wonderful. View over ocean was wonderful. Staff were lovely, although very few of them could actually speak English.

The advertised photos are very misleading. The recent GOOD reviews we read on this site were literally too good to be true. Hmmmm. The place is very very run down and in need of leadership. Breakfast is very poor and very slow. Simply don't eat there as there are so many more options. Go to Pondok Santi Villas. Food is exceptional. It's 100m away. Looks like no repairs and maintenance has happened for a long time. The place is literally falling apart. The place has so much potential but it definitely has seen its best days already. Time for owners to sell so new money and energy is injected.

Amazing staycation in Gili

just perfect nothing more to say, the staff was just super reactive and sooo helpful, they take care of everything, they upgraded us for free, the localisation is just perfect. the bar in front was the perfect facilities needed, the breakfast is very good, they have transat, towels, masker for snorkling, you see the turtles from the bar. thanks you for this amazing staycation.

Good location & great staff

The location is very convenient with the beach being literally in front of the property and the center of the island just a walking distance away. The staff was great and took great care of the guests. All requests have been quickly addressed.

The room was very spacious which requires a stronger aircon for it to be cooled down.

Excellent staff, nice villa, close to harbour, but away from the noise!

We stayed in 2 bedroom villa with private swimming pool. What we liked most was super friendly, kind and helpful staff. They were smiling all the time and helped us with any task we asked them for. The location is very good, it's 5-10 mins walk to the harbour/city center, but enough far away from the noise of the bars etc. The swimming pool was nice and refreshing. Cleaning every day. Functional air condition and the ceiling fan. Beach with white sand is nice.

Unfortunatelly we came in the rainy season and the rain affected whole vacation. Because of the rain, we found the outdoor barhrooms and separate living room from the bedrooms as not really a good option, we had wet feet all the time. Also eventhough there was kitchen, it wasn't well equiped. Missing rack for drying a swimsuit etc. The wifi was falling down frequently.

Nice staff, good location, but poorly maintained and overpriced.

All of the staff were really really lovely and helpful, they helped with our bags, when we had an issue with one of our bikes and always offered friendly conversation. The room was large, was close to the center (but not too close), and the TV was great with Netflix and Amazon Prime provided.

We booked this as we wanted a place with a pool that provided breakfast; upon arrival we were told that the pool and restaurant were closed, we were given 220,000 rupiah as a refund for breakfast, but the price of the room we booked roughly 1,050,000 rupiah (after the breakfast refund) per night, was not worth it without the pool and included breakfast. The air-con in the room was also not working very well and no matter what setting or how long it was on the room was always hot and humid, the room was not serviced during our stay and there were lots of bugs despite us leaving the windows and door closed - including inside the bed. It was hard to rate this property to poorly as the staff were genuinely lovely, but for the price these issues aren’t excusable, especially given the prices of other - better - properties on the island.

Amazing location, quiet but very close to shops and restaurants etc. Staff were amazing!

Our 2 bedroom villa with a private pool was worth the little bit extra. Breakfast by the beach was an amazing start to each day

The main pool needed maintenance and some decor uplift but otherwise I couldn’t fault the resort.

the hotel is improving TV Channel (Netflix, Prime video, Apple Tv etc etc), during we stayed in this hotel Octobre 2022, we got trouble to see TV and also wifi. next it will be good, complete TV channel with many film box office.

All the staff were so friendly and welcoming especially Geng who taught me some new words in Bahasa 😊 All the staff know your name and you feel part of the family. Such a beautiful view at breakfast, which was delicious (Enak 😉) The location is great, far enough away from all the noisy party bars but close enough to walk and enjoy the various restaurants. Sunset point is also only a 10 min walk away.

At the time of my stay the TV's weren't working, not a big issue but for the price they perhaps should be working.

Best mid point between sunset and restaurants!

The staff at The Trawangan Resort were so genuine and helpful. We felt so comfortable, trusted and well looked after. This is the place to be if you want to relax and not be bothered by the party life at Gili T. We absolutely loved our private villa and breakfast by the beach. Thank you sooo much Trawangan Resort staff! We miss you all already! Highly recommend staying here if you want the best of both worlds in Gili T, that is, it's an easy bike ride to catch the sunset yet also close enough to all the restaurants :)

Wonderful place, lovely staff! Great location.

The villa we had was absolutely perfect! Inclosed and private, no disturbance. Location was also perfect, in the end of a busy street, quiet busy just a short walk to everything. And the staff…. so lovely! They were wonderful, always meeting you with the biggest smile and helpfulness 🙏🏼 And maybe the best, having breakfast right there on the beach, enjoying the turquoise water and the occasional sea turtles swimming by!

I really loved everything about this place, but if I have to say something it has to be the kitchen in the villa. It was not in good shape. But hey, no need for kitchen when on vacation 😃

Not too far from ferry terminal, at main road, staffs are nice and friendly. Breakfast was nice.

Rundown condition after closing due to Covid. 1. I booked 2 room villa. Not ready when I arrived. Was given deluxe room for 1 night. Leaking air con in deluxe room, lock in 1 room not working. 2. Villa door could not be locked, one of the bedroom has no key. bathroom door cannot be locked. 3. Villa swimming pool pump not working. Too much chlorine. 4. Dirty curtain, rusty door handle, cocroach in room. 5. No soap n shampoo in the dispenser. 6. Dirty floor even after being mopped. 7. TV not working 8. Slow wifi

Beautiful view from the room, great location - close to everything and far from noisy places. Huge and comfy bed!

Clean, Affordable, Friendly Hotel!

The staff are very nice, polite and super helpful! The hotel staff pick us up at the harbour and arranging our cidomo to the hotel. We arrived early at 11 am, and they let us checking in early and also upgrade our room to a triple deluxe right in front of the pool. The location is perfect, right at the surf point. They also help us arranging the bicycle and snorkeling trip for us.

The AC is located on the right side above the bed, so the wind goes directly to our head and body, causing us discomfort in the morning.
