Nice hotel with a good junior suite for couples with kids. Good food, if a bit expensive.
3.5
Room was a good size with a nice balcony. Bathroom was fairly good.
The twin beds upstairs were tiny! They were really difficult to sleep in, but there was plenty of room upstairs... you could have got two double beds in! So that was a real shame. Also, frustrating the spa was not free to hotel residents all day.

everything was very nice, the spa and facilities were good, rooms were good and great location
the room was just a bit smelly that’s all that was wrong and breakfast for us was didn’t really suit our taste and again a bit pricey
as well as the spa was a bit much per person

The food at dinner was not 100%, it was not good every evening , I think the chef should try the food before serving, 1
5.0
The location, the Spa, the staff, the restaurant, the design and decoration of the hotel, the locker rooms with direct access outside.
I like everything except some minor details for example the heater not working properly, light bulb not working, remote control not working, pool not heated, water coming out of shower… this is not important our stay was excellent but those are the little details.
3.5
Modern hotel with funky rooms and public spaces. Food was good in the restaurant.
Nothing much to do in the area I’m summer. Spa was a rip off at euro20 per person. This should be free.

Really good ski in/out location, and a nice bar on the piste for (sedate) apres. In-house Ski Palace ski hire shop was excellent, staff very helpful.
Room was a reasonable size with a lot of hanging space, bathroom also decent size. Our only issue with the room was the bed was rather soft but probably personal preference.
Breakfast was reasonably good with both hot and cold offerings, although the options didn't really change while we were there. We had dinner a few times in the restaurant and the food was varied and tasty.
The bar/lounge area is a nice, relaxed spot to unwind. The vibe in the evenings is chilled rather than party, with occasional live jazz the odd night.
Staff helpful in advance and during our stay, arranging transfers etc.
We both had massages in the spa which were excellent.
Two small points -
The shower was over a bath with only a fixed attachment point (couldnt adjust the height of the shower head) which wasn't ideal.
The spa is nice while waiting for a massage but I'd have been disappointed paying eur20 to access it specially (it is free if you have a treatment). It's not the largest and I'm surprised the hotel charges extra for access.

The staff were lovely and friendly in both reception, bar and restaurant.
Massively overpriced. The photos definitely make the swimming pool and jacuzzi look bigger than they are. The expensive room didn’t include breakfast - had to pay extra and the access to spa (swimming pool, steam room, jacuzzi) was only free until 2pm, after which you also had to pay extra. The food was quite average with some pretence of fine dining that materialised in small, good looking plates that tasted pretty mediocre, with high prices as well. Also parking not included - need to pay extra.
The room was again very average and quite expensive for what you got.

Great location, perfect for skiing. Staff was also very nice
Breakfast can be improved
1.5
The location is very convenient. The restaurant is nice.
First we were given a small room, but we made a reservation for a big one. The room finally allocated to us was poorly furnished.
The Spa access is NOT given all day for kids.
The building itself is not well maintained, the parking is extremely small and not well designed.
There was also a mistake made on our restaurant bill.
4.0
SPA, view on the mountains, space in the bedroom.
Breakfast expensive compared with the quantity and quality found in the buffet.
High price of the bedroom.
