Pleasant
The mattress was very comfortable. We had a walk in shower and even the foamy mattress for the beach is left in the wardrobe. The outdoor terrace is nice, it had a rope you can put your towels on and table with 2 chairs. The owner came to fix the tv when we called him.
We didn't have the iron and the ironing board. The kitchen was pretty old; lots of jars on the cabinets that tourists don't have the purpose of. Pots, pans as well as mugs and plates were left there as something that is not needed in the owner's place; felt like "leftovers" with no investments in the property. There were even some plastic cups in the cabinet, rately any proper glass and the cutlery was old and scarce. Microwave wasn't clean (there were some stains on top of it). The fridge was old but at least functional. The property honestly needs some investments, at least in the kitchen utensils. It's not so expensive and it leaves the nice impression. It just wasn't enough this time.

Excellent location, spacey, owners are very approachable and friendly, view from a flat on first floor was stunning!
Kitchen equipment is dated and kitchen could’ve been cleaner.

Great location, basic amenities, dated furniture, temporary hot water, lack of privacy from owner
Great location
Firstly, the address is listed as no. 5. However, when you arrive it is not no.5 and the apartment is on a completely different street. Secondly, the furniture is extremely dated and needs to be modernised. The shower is only warm for a matter of minutes and is uncomfortably cold for the rest. Basic amenities and you are only provided with one extra toilet roll. The most concerning was the LACK OF PRIVACY. On two separate the host took it upon herself to enter our room WITHOUT our permission or having the decency to inform. Furthermore, she invaded our privacy just to take the one or two items that were in the bin. No fresh sheets, the bed wasn’t made, the dishes weren’t cleaned. Why enter our room? Complete disregard of the guests privacy; totally unacceptable. We unfortunately lost the bedroom key on our last night and could not enter the apartment. We dialled the phone number listed on booking.com to try speak to the own. We must’ve called at least 4 times before her son came out and assisted us. The next morning the host lambasted us for waking her son up and calling him. What did she expect us to do? We have to pay 40 kn for the lost keys, which was understandable, but the manner in which the host spoke to us was unacceptable. I understand losing the property’s keys is an inconvenience but it is also inevitable. It is bound to happen. The walls are also extremely thin that you are often woken up by the voice of the neighbours upstairs. Overall there are a lot of things that need to be worked on in regards to the apartment and it begins with the host. DO NOT take it upon yourself to enter the guests apartment without their permission.
