Will book again, awesome thanks

An awesome place to stay thanks. Great location, the best pool ever and a hot spa as well. Comfy clean large rooms, friendly people.

The games room was disappointing as it was all paying things, no table tennis table or board games, physical, non electronic things.

Initially delighted then disappointed

The room, location, property. All wonderful.

For context, I had just had a bereavement in my family. I came to catch up rest and take some much needed time out. I had a lovely evening BUT the room near/behind me had a baby or toddler who screamed much of the night. I got little to no sleep and left feeling worse than I had. It is ironic given spas, pools and visitors have to leave by 8.00pm. I get you have no control over kids behaviour etc but then the walls must not be sound proofed if a guest is kept awake by a room next door. I was travelling alone and didn’t particularly want to leave my room in the middle of the night. Even some ear plugs would have been a starting point. I loved your property, I really needed the break but was so disappointed by morning. I explained situation to staff member (maybe groundsman) who said sorry but not really recognised the enormity of my circumstances. Dealing with grief and exhaustion was not a wonderful experience. I wonder if anyone else in the same block commented.

The whole place really Cabins great for families like mine with kids Swimming pools, cooking facilities and more.. Great Location..

Parking was a bit tight due for flooding works otherwise all is good

2nd time staying here and didn't disappoint, The lovely Janet at reception gave a warm welcoming and even upgraded us to a nicer room as i told her it was my daughters birthday. Pool and Spa were nice and warm and kitchen facilities were clean and tidy as always. Look forward to returning really soon.

Great location and units but totally inconvenient when there's power outage

Great location and friendly ladies in the reception.

Quite unfortunate that weather was bad and there was an outage in the whole suburb when we stayed hence we didn't get to experience the amenities. But what we really didn't like was there wasn't any back up generator or at least even emergency lights when there's a power outage. We had to drive back to Waihi town as it was pure total darkness in the park and our unit.

A delightful stay! Book it now!!

It is situated right across the Waihi beach! lovely property with ample amenities like gym, hot spa, sauna, swimming pool, laundry, kitchen, kids zone - you name it and they have it. I wish I could rate them 10000000/10!!! Superb stay!

Great location by the beach!

Great location right across the road from the North End of the beach. Fantastic pool.

Very difficult car parking (we stayed in what appeared to be a new block of units which did not have adequate provisions for car parking - they had a space each but the spaces were too small so people constantly blocking each other in). Staff were not particularly friendly.

Comfy, peaceful even at new year, too brief!

Great atmosphere. Was advised at check in of the great activities and band on later that day. Super friendly. Awesome cabin with a great view, super comfy beds, great facilities. Updated by text message throughout the day, great way to touch base. With it being new years eve we expected to be kept up all night but they did a great job of quieting down the camp after the festivities. Great idea to have in house entertainment for the new year celebration.

Parking was a little tight but still great to have own park allocated.

Ainsley is wonderful. 🤩

Clean, quiet, all needs catered for on the spot. Fabulous staff especially the wonderful Ainsley. Very informative on arrival and oustanding service during our stay. Ainsley is a big hit with the Kids, kind and caring. Big jar of lollipops on hand. Magic crew all of the staff, up their pay I say. 🤗

An adults only hour in the spa in the evening from 8-9pm I reckon would be a big hit.

Excellent facilities, lovely staff. The unit we booked was very new, exceptionally clean and bright. Everything we needed was supplied and the bed was very comfortable
