Disappointing.

Location was good. Breakfast service was quick and efficient. Staff friendly.

The room was in need of re-decorating and the standard of cleaning of the window sills and frames was poor. The toilet in the bathroom was positioned in such a way that it was difficult to actually sit on it! Approximately 18 - 20 inches from a wall. Quite ridiculous when it could be positioned through 90 degrees with plenty of room. Corridors in the hotel need re-decoration and repair to wall coverings.

It was what I expected

The staf were very friendly and the hotel was central

My bacon and poached egg were not cooked enough for me so the fat was floppy on the bacon and the egg was snotty.

Time for a make over!

Room was a good size, comfortable bed and a good sized shower room.

The hotel itself is in serious need of a refurbishment or even just a decorative touch up! The hotel was clearly understaffed (Staff themselves were great), and this was made clear during breakfast time. Breakfast was underwhelming to say the least.

Parking a little difficult but managed to park a few streets away.

Drove to nearby Black Rock Sands beach in Portmadog

Shower gravity water feed , good pressure and temp. control

Busy at breakfast time , but great Englsih breakfast for only £6

I would like to Thank to Mr.Hamid for the excellent conditions in his hotel. Me and my partner enjoyed everything.Excellent location and great &professional personnel. Looking forward to come again soon ❤️

Always a great place to stay. Parking can be tricky.

Room was spotless, comfy bed, nice bathroom. Bit noisy in the corridor outside sometimes but nothing to moan about.

Orange Juice at breakfast isn't that great, tastes watered down and bitter, bit like cordial. Cornflakes are also like cardboard but other than than breakfast is spot on.

The bed was comfortable, the room was in a quiet part of the hotel.

The cups in the room were very dirty and required a wash. There was no shampoo or conditioner supplied, just bar soap. There was a certain toilet smell that lingered, but opening the window seemed to help.
