للاسف التعامل غير جيد والغرف تحتاج لاعادة تقييم ممكن اي احد يدخل عليك بالخطأ

لا يوجد شيء

طلبت غرفة بسرير واحد واعطوني غرفة يوجد بها باب لغرفة اخرى وكانت مقفله بمفتاح والجيران بالغرفه الاخرى حاولوا اكثر من مره فتحها واخبرت الاستقبال ولم يكونون متعاونين وطلبت تغير الغرفه رفضوا التغيير هذا حجزت ولا يمكننا التغيير بعد السكن في الغرفه

they did well with me when i asked to change my room they change it with clean and comfortable

the location is really amazing

the place is very cold and they gave me unclean room which also had some dead bugs on the floor and walking lizards all around room

Nothing particularly standout or memorable about the stay, the major issue is the food and dining.

Location: Conveniently located. Situated on the main road. Rooms in Bungalows: Clean, but not exceptionally spacious or luxurious Bungalow amenities are provided, such as a TV, WIFI, fridge, and microwave. Fireplace inside the bungalows is a great addition. Adequate storage and seating, but nothing particularly noteworthy Staff: Friendly enough but may not go above and beyond to assist guests. Value: Prices are reasonable but may not necessarily offer exceptional value for money.

Food and dining: Limited breakfast options, nothing exceptional. Room service is available but may be limited. Staff: Check-in and check-out process is fine, but not particularly memorable. Facilities: Adequate facilities but may not be particularly impressive or well-maintained.

Finally I can take my mother here, made her happy to stay and vacation in this place

- The important think that made my mother happy - Made my wife and my kids happy too - We are eating and talking together in front of a warm fireplace on a cold night - We really enjoyed breakfast together with a variety of delicious food in the morning - My kids can ride the horse in the morning

- The weather at the location (cold and breezy) - The view from outside the villa

- When I asked reception for an adapter they said they said they don’t provide adapters and I should check a supermarket, this is the only hotel out of 6 Indonesian hotels to say this - Water boiler was full of ants - No AC - Late service - In room dining closes at 9.30 in weekdays
