Luxury apartments in Essaouira with stunning views from terrace.

Superb location and very friendly staff. Place kept spotless.

Be aware that there is no lift and up to 90 stairs to climb depending on which apartment you are in.

chambre très bien équipée avec un bon coin cuisine. grande salle de bain agréable, et une vue extraordinaire sur le bord de mer.

Le lit pourrait être plus dur. Petit déjeuner bien, mais sans plus. Le prix de la chambre indiqué sur booking devraient être en dirhams et non en euros. Le paiement devrait pouvoir se faire en carte bleue. A 150 euros la chambre, on peut payer en carte.

emplacement top dans Essaouira avec vue sur les remparts, la gentillesse du personnel, le petit-déjeuner servi sur la terrasse ,appartement spacieux.

la publicité est trompeuse car elle indique une terrasse. En fait il s’agit de la terrasse de l’immeuble mais il n’y a pas de terrasse privative.

Beautiful Property with Payment and Comfort Concerns

The property is truly stunning, boasting an ideal location that adds to its charm. The apartment was immaculately clean, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The spacious bathroom was a highlight, offering ample space. Additionally, the breathtaking view along the coast was a remarkable feature, creating an unforgettable experience.

My experience was marred by an unexpected issue regarding the payment method. Despite booking a non-refundable rate with the understanding that charges would be made to my credit card as per the terms and conditions, I was taken aback by an email received a day before check-in, instructing me to pay in cash. This requirement was inconvenient and impractical, especially considering the significant amount involved and the challenges of carrying such a sum while traveling. For a property that aspires to offer a luxury experience, adapting to more modern, secure, and convenient payment methods is essential. If the property is cash only, then you need to make sure it states that on the page. Furthermore, a notable discomfort was the quality of the bedding. Unfortunately, the bed was not as comfortable as expected, and the pillows were excessively hard, detracting from the overall comfort of the stay. Addressing these aspects would significantly enhance the guest experience, aligning it more closely with the luxury standards the property aims to uphold.

Spectacular!

Of all the places I have visited in the world, this is one of the most spectacular! The apartments are so amazing. We were in a group of friends and rented three apartments, each was beautiful and unique. The views were literally breathtaking and the apartments are clearly furnished to a high standard. They are also immaculately clean. One of my children got sick when we were here and the staff at Jack's Apartments went so far above and beyond the normal service to help me out. They arranged for a doctor to see him, made a trip to the pharmacy for me and checked in on him. I can't say enough about how special this stay was for us and what could have been a really stressful situation was made so much easier by the amazing people who work here. Absolutely would recommend this place to anyone!

This is not a 4 stars standard accommodation apartment. I wonder, how they manage to get 8.9 score on Booking.com. To start, we had to wait for 15 minutes before collecting the keys because there were nobody at the little office which is located 3 minutes walk away from the rooms. We were forced to pay Cash unexpectedly. To access the hotel, we were taken through a stinky tunnel not clean at all. This is not how you expect to be welcomed. As many reviewers mentioned before, there is no lift and the stairs are not comfortable at all. The rooms are tiny with slim beds. Views advertised on the photo are not what you would most likely get. If I were traveling alone, I would have declined spending a single night in that place. Overall, a very disappointing experience. My worst ever.

The seaview is beautiful! I loved the terrace on the rooftop. We ordered breakfast, which was brought to the apartment and was very good. The apartment is very spacious and nicely decorated

It is a lively neighborhood, you hear both music from the restaurant and the minaret in the evening, which is a bit noisy.

Essaouira oasis!

Relax with a sunset, fall asleep to the sound of waves at this beautiful apartment right on the water. Everything was well appointed and clean. The staff were helpful in organizing activities in Essaouira and a transfer back to Marrakech. But really, the best part about this place is the location! Beautiful!

It is a walk up (50 steps), so if you are unable to do stairs, this could be an issue. Get your cash ready for the payment before arrival because the Essaouira cash points are unreliable.

Excellent property with great location

This place is perfectly located with outstanding views from the rooftop terace. The hole property is modern and very well decorate and organizied with big very well equipped kitchen.The room was spacious, clean with very comfortable bed. The ladies were very nice and helpfull, serve us good breakfast and do us favour to made us breakfast to take away because we were leaving very eraly next morning.

Stunnng View from the Apartment

Just like one step away from the sea, the view from the apartment is just so amazing. Close to the shopping area, and there are many restaurants nearby, very convenient location.

Some steps need to climb in order to get to the apartment, so make sure you hire a porter or keep your luggage handy.

The apartment is really beautiful, with direct views on the sea, tasteful decoration and a sort of riad atmosphere. Location cannot be better, right next to the city walls facing the sea, and steps away from the main square that opens to the medina. Bed linen and towels are first class, same as warm water and noise isolation.

Wifi is slow and intermitent, not reliable.
