Great experience, stunning looking resort, but only for a short stay.

Amazing location, great experience

It needs a bit of maintenance, and water pressure is extremely low. It would have been nice that the bar were open in the evening. It closed early.

The best of the best!

Wonderful and unique place!!! A lot of nature and fantastic veiw, unique room on the trees, big Restoran with really good food and tasty breakfast, nice pool, a lot of cute monkey 🐒, very friendly staff, very comfortable and big bad, big bathroom with fantastic view:) We really enjoyed being here and really want to be back and be more in this beautiful place. It is one of the greatest place in Thailand!

All was fantastic!!! Just one regret that we had only one night there:)

Ne vaut pas sa note sur Booking…

Le personnel et particulièrement le manager de l’hôtel s’est coupé en 4 pour rendre notre séjour plus agréable. Des singes sont venus nous rendre visite sur notre balcon. Assez incroyable d’avoir pu les voir de si près.

La propreté et les équipements étaient scandaleux… Comme si l’hôtel était resté sans maintenance pendant plusieurs années. Douches non fonctionnelle, habitations délabrées, lobby de l’hôtel également. Un 4,5 sur Google est plus qu’étonnant!

The cutest rooms built like tree houses! We loved our stay here. Very relaxing and secluded. The property is beautiful. The rooms are large and comfortable. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi the first day. A monkey chewed through the wire causing the Wi-Fi to go out. The staff gave us a hotel cell phone with a hotspot to allow us Wi-Fi in the room until the wire was fixed. This was above and beyond! The on-site restaurant was very good and priced well. Would highly recommend!

had a lovely short stay in the resort.

the location was good. the treehouses are very nice. the staff was very helpfull, especially mint from the reception. she helped us with booking from all the tours. and because it was quiet and there was no reservation after us we could have a late check out for free, so we could shower after our jungle hike and relax a bit before our pick up. the breakfast was specially prepared for us, allergies are also taking care for. the beds were also really comfy for thailand (hard bed) standards!

nothing in particulere, but there was some reconstruction going on. the pool was not really inviting or accesable. some parts of the finished buildings are in need of renovation.

1st time staying here

The unique build of it. Clean rooms

Construction on site across from where I was staying didn't get told this was going on when I booked it compared to other hotels that have done this during my trip. If known this was going on I might of reconsidered staying here.

great experience but overpriced

interesting experience, live safari straight from you windows:)

near house is not finished constructions everywhere, the view is not good . monkeys were aggressive, i think the staff should improve safety of tourists. the pool is not comfortable and not easy to reach, and it looks not usable. bathroom needs renovation, all bungalow wasn’t clean, there’s too big gaps between walls and windows, so mosquitoes could easily get it .

Would 100% come back to stay longer

Everything!!!!!!! Its so peaceful, rooms are amazing, view is beautiful, staff very friendly, would come back to stay longer 💓loved that there was loads of monkeys around

Breakfast, dont get me wrong on this trip I was picky eater so there was not much choice for me.

Unique experience

Everything was incredible. Perhaps will be one of the most memorable hotels I've ever stayed it. Its very unique. There's a huge range of tours available at reception and the staff were very friendly. We also had a great breackfast included in the price. Wish we stayed for longer

Just a note to others the cicadas, the local bugs are incredibly loud. But we didn't mind at all. We enjoyed it. They do stop at 7 pm

Thoroughly enjoyable visit

Amazing place, well worth the trek out to be so close to the types of animals and creatures that you wouldn't ordinarily ever see. The most hilarious aspect was the cheeky (and confident) monkey that kept visiting. On our last morning he tried to open every door to our house along with all of the other houses. He eventually caught up with me at breakfast and literally mugged me for the packet of nuts I was holding. Didn't want to risk putting up a fight with him if I'm honest. Staff were really nice and the food was ok (not great). We'd organised planned excursions prior to visiting, but pretty sure the staff there would help you organise if you wanted.

Nowhere to hang up wet clothes/towels etc. The gaps between the sliding windows meant any creature could slither/crawl in if it so wanted to, so not (potentially) for the faint hearted!

really cool place

it is really nice that you can sleep in a treehouse and wake up with the monkeys around the tree house. the staff is also very kind, we could leave our luggage there, when we went for a tour to the lake after check out and take a shower afterwards

they can’t really help it, but it was difficult to eat your breakfast with all the bees around it

The view from the hut was amazing. I loved the windows in the bathroom showing the rock behind.

Because these rooms are surrounded by trees they have a damp feel to them (ours did anyway). There isn't a lot you can do about this although they could run a dehumidifier in the rooms. There was a dirty white towel wrapped around the tree in our room (maybe to stop bugs getting in) The place is about a 15 min walk to food. Fine in the day but very dark at night. The pool was dirty and we didn't want to use it.

Fairytale resort

This resort is something else than your regular resort. It was build with a lot of creativity and love for nature. From our beds we saw monkeys, chipmunks, birds etc passing from tree to tree. The food in the restaurant is quite good, the staff very helpfull. Breakfast is simple but fresh. The biggest bed ever!

It was further away from Khao Sok lake than we expected (an hour drive). The road to the town is really dark (and sometimes muddy).
