Would have been better if the room was clean.

I didn't have breakfast there... The location is perfect and secure.

My room wasn't clean. There was strains of hair on the sheets and even on the bathroom floor. The grey fleece on the bed had white stains on it, looking like semen. Africa paradise is really a nice place but they should clean they're rooms. I'm not happy about the cleanliness of the room. But the outside part was outstanding.

No that bad I’d go back there again.

How secure and clean it was, our room had a private hot tub and the aircon and sound system was top notch.

The manager was rude, he didn’t explain properly the rules regarding ordering food from outside the premises.

Best Place in Town

Location is excellent in a quiet and safe zone. I love the vibe of this hotel. They also have good back power and great breakfast. The rooms are very clean and good size with hot jacuzzi bath and very comfortable beds. The bar is super cool with and amazing cocktail selection.

Never Again

I've like nothing of this place. I guess u get what you have paid for.

Room was not clean. Toilet seat broken. Booked 2 rooms but they called to say they will put us (2 adults, 1 child) in 1 room. This was not a problem until we saw the room. There was no privacy btw the room and bathroom. Imagine sending your husband then your child out of the room (into freezing cold) when someone wants to use the bathroom. Called 6h04 for an ironing board... The guy told me the laundry room is closed but they open at 6h00...I'm like.. It's passed 6...He said oh OK.. Will sent the lady just now... 30 minutes later... Had to call again. No proper allocated parking. Cars parked behind 1 another which is bad especially when you want to leave early. We couldn't wait to just go...

Was not worth the effort.

I booked this accommodation because of the discount offered online. It was discounted at almost half price. I didn’t expected a discount in quality as well. When you receive a discount you expect the same value as you receive on the normal rate.

1. I was instructed to make an EFT payment immediately after booking, when the online site said book now and pay later. I was not allowed to swipe my credit card when checking in. 2. I contacted the manager to find out if they have an available hairdryer before packing my luggage. Upon arrival there was only 1 broken hairdryer. I had to wait for my hair to dry in the cold weather. 3. No warm blankets in the room. Eventually received a blanket with cigarette holes! 4. The bedding was terrible and I found black ants moving around in the bed. 5. Mat in front of the bed was very dirty and stinky. I had to leave it outside. 6. Shower was leaking and I had to use the spare towel to dry up the floor flooding. 7. Shampoo dispenser not working, I had to almost break it off out of desperation after getting burned with hot water because the flow of hot water is not consistent. 8. No hair towels provided. 9. No hangers provided. 10. No chair provided to sit and work at the desk. 11. I was not allowed to use Uber eats to order what I was craving. They have a very limited and overpriced menu. 12. No warning about loadshedding that came upon us suddenly. No generator. Solar power only lasted a short while. 13. Faulty plugs or consumption is controlled. The plugs were loose and not working most of the time, thus couldn’t drink the extra coffee to handle the cold. Could not use the heating system (air con) as a result of this. 14. Too may issues and staff interventions that is hampering privacy in room. Maintenance pitching at 00:00 to look at the plugs. And he lied that it was actually working 😰 15. Loud guests continuing until morning hours. 16. Cupboards filthy, had to clean it before placing anything on them it. Tastefully decorated room but not maintained. Wallpaper pulled off, walls dirty. Mould and mosquito larvae on bathroom door. My time spent to prepare for my meeting was a disaster.

Bittersweet near comfort but not comfortable a blanket in this winter could have saved the day.

The room was not cleaned properly I had to ask for a cleaner to dust the room. The website was more impressive than experience. They need to buy towels as their current towels are worn to the weave. They also must inform guests regards the gate facilities and provide access remotes for their guests.

Almost everything there was no 'bang for your buck.' Its the little things that makes the difference.

The room was dirty, and they didn’t have electricity the whole day even after loadshedding was over. Dark and cold. Cold water in winter and our phones were off. No backup power supply. It was the only property that was dark in the whole neighbourhood

The hotel had an excellent service. The management and staff are all very helpful. The room is big and clean, luxurious with a jacuzzi and so nice. There is a lovely pool, gym and spa with very relaxing massages. Good breakfast and yummy dinners. My visit here was a joy and I was sorry to leave.
