The hotel was beautiful and very clean.

The room was great. The location was good however I couldn't walk up the steep incline outside. The bed was a bit firm.

I would like a bar in the hotel. I had to go outside for a cocktail. Walking was ok until I had to come back up. The incline was steep. Also a spa would be nice. I generally get a massage when I travel or relax in the pool. Neither were available.

the area is great, with a lot a place to go for breakfast or lunch walking distance

Not up to normal standards that we have seen in the past.

Great location. Normally quite and enjoyable.

Hundreds of young athletes in the hotel. Very noisy while they were present.

A gem on the hill!

They had a roof top terrace that had a great sunrise view. Nice exercise room on the 7th floor. Live piano music.

Oh for sound proof rooms, I heard a lot of stomping on the floor above me. Also was near the elevator so there was a lot of talking.

Good place to stay

The location is great, accessible from different highway accesses. The staff is friendly and helpful. It has comfortable beds and it is clean.

There was noise in the room above and at the events hall, and it wasn't isolated at all.

Great! Would definitely stay here again!

The location was awesome in a great and safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were really nice and accommodating. Very professional. We had a small issue with the AC/Heater in the room but they changed us right away to fit our needs.

Pleasant hotel if you have your own transportation and bring water & coffee

The hotel was attractive and clean. We paid a good price but everything was extra…water, coffee for additional days, no hair conditioner…and they did not have English speaking staff at desk.

Water and coffee should be in rooms n/c. Mattress and pillows had crunchy protectors that were uncomfortable. Beds very hard.

Highly recommended, definitely a great hotel

This is an amazing hotel, a hidden gem. Rooms are very nice, large enough, every small detail was taken care of. Location is perfect, in colonia la paz, a centric and safe spot where you have plenty of choices to eat and you can go to Juárez avenue where you will find restaurants and nightlife pubs.

- The bar is no longer working - Water temp at the shower is quite inconsistent - Just a small bottle of water was provided - Thermostat had the buttons stuck

Convenient location, attractions and restaurants are walking distance and some others no longer that 15-20 mins driving. Peaceful area that could be use to exercise around if you are into running for instance.

Noise Isolation in the rooms, it's possible to hear your neighbour's thinking, so any noise coming from other rooms and the restaurant are easily disturbing your sleep.

A very smart, clean and efficient hotel in an excellent location. Secure parking and dog friendly. Charming staff.

No restaurant service available at the time of our stay but many good places to eat nearby.

Avoid--Overpriced. Some staff less than engaged.

Nice shower, good TV. Best aspect was small, but well-equipped gym.

When I checked in and even pre-check in, I requested "quiet." My room was not ready until 3pm, but many others were. I was told by clerk, she was thinking of a room, but it had NO windows. I told her, "no," and ventilation in the age of Covid, a must have. Imagine a huge hotel on a hill, built in a circle with no windows? When I did get to look at 3? "ready" rooms, they were on the 2nd of 7 floors, two had no windows. No up grade to windows, one room of 3, which was my preference. Ergo, noisy.
