Very friendly helpful staff Great location Plenty sunbeds Gave a ticket for left luggage on final day.

Given a card that said our board was bb. Assumed it meant bed and breakfast. Was embarrassed to be approached in the restaurant and told we were room only and had to pay. Saying that the breakfast was probably worth 12 euros each. Covers on the sunbeds need scrapped. They look very dirty. Could do with more information of what is available in hotel eg.showers and changing room available after checkout

Not worth the money

Nice staff and great location. Never had breakfast and glad I did not take that option because it seems nobody takes that option in this hotel.

The rooms are nothing like the pictures. The hotel is very run down and not maintained at all. The pictures are real and probably take a while before. Now most of the stuff you see on those pictures are gone. The pictures are very misleading. Staff is fine, location is good but it looks more like a motel then a boutique hotel. For sure not worth the money spend.

No es un hotel 4 estrellas, salvo por ubicación

El desayuno es muy bueno, por encima de muchos hoteles de su categoría, con marcas reconocidas.

La habitación pequeña, justa para dos personas, sin mesa y silla. Con 40 cm a cada lado de la cama. Cobran 10 euros por cada mascota y día y por estancia y mascota 20 euros, pese a que en su publicidad y folleto de normas aparece que 20 euros es por estancia y no por mascota y estancia. Nos cobraron por 5 días, 140 euros extra. Fuimos con dos perros. Una de 2 kg (comúnmente conocido como "toy" porque es muy pequeño) y otra que no llega a 5kg de tres años de edad. Esta última estuvo alojada en multitud de hoteles desde que nació. Supuestamente las habitaciones con mascota son especificas y en una parte del hotel. Eso lo entiendo para molestar lo menos posible. Sin embargo ,en el mismo ala del hotel tuvimos de vecinos a dos parejas que hacían mucho ruido al salir y entrar. No entiendo qué hacían allí si no tenían perro. Pero después de lo vivido, lo entiendo. El martes cuando llegamos, nos fuimos a dormir. A la 1 de la noche, vinieron haciendo mucho ruido como si fuese las 17 horas. El jueves nos fuimos a cenar y nos llamo el hotel que una de la perras no paraba de ladrar. Cuando acudimos la perra de 3 años tenia un ataque de ansiedad. Se había bebido todo el cuenco del agua (raro en ella), jadeando y apenas nos conocía. Al día siguiente encontramos yeso en la habitación. El cliente vecino nos amenazó y encontramos patatas fritas en la habitación. Al día siguiente se despertaron a las 7 de la mañana abriendo y cerrando puertas con portazos (eso hace que nuestra puerta se moviese como si recibiéramos golpes en la puerta) y con voces altas como todos los días. Nunca nuestra perra tuvo problemas en ningún hotel y eso que le dejamos durante horas (mas de 4-5 horas). si escucha un ruido marca durante 20 segundos, después de que se acabe el ruido. Así que suponemos que estuvieron haciendo ruidos, muy fuertes, durante mucho tiempo y dando golpes a sus puertas lo que hizo que nuestro perro interpretase que estaban golpeando nuestra puerta, entrando en...

La amabilidad del personal y la relación calidad precio. Está aceptablemente situado.

No me gustó el mobiliario, muy antiguo y desfasado y especialmente horroroso que estropea el resto de la habitación, el cabecero en cuero con esos remaches, totalmente fuera de lugar. Da un aspecto bastante deprimente de la habitación. El WC tampoco está reformado.

Our stay was good.

Good location, 200 meters from the beach, walking area, bars and restaurants and 400 meters from the public bus station. Breakfast was good.

There was no a mirror and no chair in the room.

Ubicación muy buena, muy cerca del paseo marítimo. Asignar mejor habitación a la reservada. Personal muy amable.

Tener que dejar fianza de 50€, me parece surrealista. Toallas con manchas y viejas, no estaban sucias, se habían lavado pero manchas que no daban confianza. Ropa de cama envejecida. No merece 4 estrellas, en mi opinión es un 3 estrellas

I loved it! I just wish I had booked to stay here for my entire trip!

The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a fab location - really close to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean.

The towels were poor very rough and even the toiletries ie. Loo roll was the cheapest of cheap. Very noisy bed very comfortable but too noisy not worth over €100. Won't be back

Great hotel with friendly staff

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is comfortable modern and very clean. It's set in a great location for the many bars and restaurants in Carhuela, and the beach is just a stroll away, with Benalmadena Marina well within walking distance along the seafront. We've stayed here before when we've had a late flight into Malaga, its ideal, 15 min drive from the airport. Its got a smallish pool with sun loungers. Very good value

Great Location, Amenities, Staff & Value!!

Great hotel at a fantastic price, lovely pool and solarium plus bar. Located just over a minutes walk from the beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. All staff were fantastic too… absolutely spot on!

We would have tried the breakfast but the cost seemed excessive so ate nearby. Also it was a shame that the hot tub & water fountain (over the pool) weren’t on/ working :(

The rooms were clean and had a seat and table in and overlooked the pool. The pool was very cold and small but it wasn't the weather for the pool when we went. It was so close to shops bars restaurants and the beautiful beach. Benalmadena marina was only a 20 minute walk too.
