Hôtel agréable et facile d'accès

Hotel solo para pasar la noche

La verdad es que nos decepcionó bastante. Calidad precio me pareció caro realmente, ya que las instalaciones son muy muy justas al precio que pagamos. Lo bueno reseñable fue la limpieza y la cama que era cómoda. Tienes una zona de restauración en un C.cial al lado del hotel, literalmente a 1 min andando, mucho mejor que en la cafetería del hotel, donde los precios eran abusivos por un sándwich mixto por ejemplo.

Realmente y según ponía en el cartel de detrás de la puerta de la habitación, tenía la categoría de pensión. La habitación parecía un camarote de barco. No tiene armario, sino un mueble anclado a la pared con una balda y 3/4 perchas. El váter estaba metido en una especie de armarito... y la ducha metida dentro de un hueco que se ve perfectamente desde la cama. La tarjeta para entrar al cuarto fallaba bastante, al igual que para hacer contacto y se encendiera la luz... Realmente es un hotel para dormir y ya.

Wir fühlten uns wohl und können das Hotel Ibis Bilbao gut empfehlen.

Sehr sehr hilfsbereites und nettes Personal. Gute große bequeme Betten. Die große Bettdecke für zwei Personen, finde ich es nicht so angenehm. Für jeden eine Decke, gefällt mir besser. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und frisch. Buffet und für jeden Geschmack.

Wenig Stellfläche für Koffer etc in den Zimmer.

Decepcionante, maloliente, horrible.

El olor que había a deshague del pasillo, la habitación, olía a no ventilar bien, 1 silla para dejar cosas, ni una mesa, ni armario o mesilla que poder cerrar para guardar algo que quueras dejar cerrado y menos mal que había una cama supletoria q la usamos para dejar las cosas, si no tenemos q dejar el bolso mismamente en el suelo, 4 perchas en la pared que colgamos el abrigo si no nada, en el baño las toallas en el lavabo y las cosas de aseo mientra me ducho dentro del lavabo, xq no tenia una triste estantería, el papel higiénico nos le dejan encima de la luz del baño xq si no le dejan en el suelo x no tener donde dejarlo, no poder abrir la ventana: porque está la cama supletoria a la pared y no llegas y encima bloqueada para no abrirla, tuve q poner uno de los rollos de papel entre la pared y la ventana, para dejarla un poco abierta y se sujetará para ventilar de lo mal que olía a desagüe, la TV no funciona debido al cambio de la antena....y eso te lo dicen cuando llegas al hotel no antes, las dos noches imposible de dormir con el ruido del botellón que se genera al lado del hotel por la parte de atrás....en fin...la peor estancia que he tenido, menos mal q son sólo 2 noches, si no una tercera no la había aguantado.

Muy bien

El personal super amable y el desayuno estaba genial, tipo buffet. Es cierto que es un hotel bastante separado de algún barrio pero esta genial con el parking y la conexión de bus.

It’s a pitty that our welcome was not great with a pretty bad smell upon entry into the room.

The shower emitted a very bad smell at our arrival. Notified the receptionist and a thorough cleaning of the shower eliminates the problem

Great value for a stop over with easy parking and great breakfast

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were of a good standard and great value. Breakfast was excellent in a nice spacious area.

On the outskirts of town near to the shopping centre. Restaurants nearby limited to chain type.

No chairsin the roomand the bathroom was particularly small and to much plastic. Not sre what the door was made of but very poor wood and no lock or handle. very third rate fotr an IBIS hotel.

The hotel met my expectations, it was comfortable, clean and good. The room is comfortable. There is a parking and a lift. p.s. driving in this nice city is a challenge, and finding a way to this hotel is another challenge:))).

good location, private parking and clean.

Very uncomfortable beds and pillows. Incomplete door on toilet cubicle and no external door on shower area which meant it was visible to the entire room.

Passable

The male that checked us in was very friendly and professional. The room was okay and served the propose.

The room smelled cigarette and not very clean, the guest staying in the room below ours was constantly smoking at the window. The lady working at reception couldn’t pour a beer and wasn’t that friendly, it felt like she was doing us a favour! !
