Kleine, authentische Wohnung. Sicherlich in die Jahre gekommen, aber für den Preis völlig in Ordnung.
Leider war die Wohnung viel zu voll gestellt mit Stühlen. Es ist eh sehr eng und so viele Stühle braucht man einfach nicht.
Man sollte wissen, dass die Wohnung nicht gedämmt ist. In der kalten Jahreszeit kühlt die Wohnung auf ca 16 Grad aus. Heizung läuft über Strom und schafft es in kurzer Zeit die Wohnung aufzuwärmen.
