Sarego Street is a tree-lined, quiet and safe little street in the very centre of Krakow. Our apartment is located in the loft of a beautiful 19th century old town building. You can reach within minutes the magical Market Square, the scenic river bank and the bohemian and buzzing Jewish District (Kazimierz). In addition to numerous cultural events and entertainment options, the area also offers a great space for walking and cycling. Public transport is located just around the corner and you can get to the train and bus station in a little bit over ten minutes. You can also get there on foot (in about 15-20 minutes).
Tram and bus stops are close by and you can travel in nearly every direction of Krakow from there. Krakow is a city of cyclists and has a city bike network. A few of the cycle pick-up points are located in the proximity of our apartment. However, most places are very close, for example you can reach the train an bus station on foot in 15-20 minutes.

We were out and about everyday during our stay. It was nice coming back to a clean, well equipped apartment. The extras (beers, water, juice, candy, and shampoo) were very much appreciated.

One bedroom, one comfortable sleeping couch worked fine for my friend and me. We are well into our 70s, but we handled the fifth-floor walk up fine.
The bath and shower were great, and the kitchenette was fine for breakfast and snacks. No microwave or oven, but there was a stove.
The location was close to Old Town, Kasimierz, and Wawel Castle. Restaurants and small groceries in easy walk.

Very pleasant flat, cosy and very well located. At the 4th floor (without lift, good for our legs !!), I strongly recommend this appartment : very clear and precise information for procedure arrival, clean, and in a green area of Krakow. Everything was at 10/15 min by walking (Rynek, wawel castel, cathedral). Very good experience, and Pawel was available in case of questions !!

We enjoyed our stay in Krakow and the apartment was better than advertised!!
The hosts were responsive to all of our inquiries and reached out to us to make sure all was ok.
Thanks for sharing the apartment and will book again on our next trip to Krakow.

The entrance to the building was clean and inviting if a bit tired, and stair treads were hollowed out from age. However, once we reached the 4th/top floor stairwell (who needs a gym?), the quality of the building interiors began to improve. Our unit was in the building's attic and had small square portholes for windows - very homey and made us feel like we were in a secret retreat. The unit also had plenty of bright skylights to brighten up the rooms. The interior design is fun and nice - not fancy - but "cool." All windows and skylights have shades or blinds for a good night sleep. The unit has a mini-split air conditioning unit that very effectively pumped out cool air on hot days and evenings. The location couldn't be beat with EVERYthing within a short walk from our building (old town, main square, etc.). We saw a show at the beautiful ICE Krakow Congress Center which took us 6 minutes to reach by tram. The shower and water pressure were perfect. Our host stocked the refrigerator with water, beer, coffee creamer and other necessities which was very handy for travelers arriving very late on their journey. It rained cats and dogs one day, but fortunately we had umbrellas at our disposal. This host has thought of everything!

Great location, lovely host, would stay here again

Modern living in the heart of a most historic old town
We chose this appartment after reading all the previous positive reviews submitted and it really lives up to them all. Finding the address and getting the key presented no problem. Everything to do with the appartment was nice and clean and very well presented, fresh flowers on the table and a couple of cold beers waiting in the fridge. The kitchen has all you would need for a short break, but saying that with all the possibilities to eat out locally there was no great need to use it. On street parking was available right outside the appartment, so one less problem, Maybe the walk up the stairs can be a bit of a challenge after a Long day, but basically the historic old city center is just a few minutes walk away and everything is right on the doorstep or just opposite.

Excellent communication and guidance provided by Pawel. He was standing on the sidewalk waiting to greet us and walk us to the residence. Even carried my wife’s suitcase up 4 flights of stairs. No lift/elevator so be prepared.
Pawel also arranged tickets for a tour to Auschwitz.
VERY convenient location to the Jewish Quarter and Market Square. Excellent residence for 2 people . 2 big thumbs up!!

A Real Gem
Pawel’s apartment is perfect! He is so warm and friendly and always happy to answer questions. He even provided us with a printed copy of the bus schedule to get to Auschwitz.
He had “welcome” beer and water in the fridge and coffee and tea too! The space is clean, quiet, and light. The location is accessible to everything. You will not be disappointed!
We loved it!

An amazing loft and a great location
Paul and Chris are probably the best owners I have dealt with at Homeaway! The location is ideal to explore the old town.

Excellent loft apartment in the centre of Kraków
Great location and beautifully kept apartment that had plenty of space for us 4 adults. Very easy to walk into the centre of Kraków. The owner (Pawel) booked our trips for us which made things much easier. We will definitely be recommending this place to all of our friends.

Cozy, fully equipped and conveniently located apartment
This adorable and fully equipped apartment is ideally situated right between Old Town and the Jewish district. After a full day of Polish food, beer and vodka, you'll burn the calories climbing the many flights to the top floor. How can you top fresh flowers on the table and a refrigerator stocked with beer, water and wine plus tea and coffee supplies. Pawel thought of everything to make you comfortable. Pawel also was extremely nice in helping us with our departure. Don't hesitate to book this property.

We had a fantastic stay in this loft apartment and loved being so close to both the Jewish Quarter and the Old Town. The apartment is located on the top 4th floor of a 19th Century building. It was spacious, modern and extremely comfortable! The host had thought of everything you would need for a short stay- a well equipped kitchen with small fridge, dishwasher and utensils to utilise. Coffee, tea, and even beers and wine were also supplied as a welcome gift! In the bathroom, makeup remover and toner was supplied for women to use with cotton pads- lovely. A beautiful rain shower and roomy bathroom with a speaker for music too. The apartment was air-conditioned and thoughtfully cooled for our arrival as it was a 34 degree day! Although it is located on a busy road, the apartment is very quiet and it was fun to watch the people below from the attic windows. We really enjoyed the 'home' feel with a lovely round table and chairs, comfy lounge and TV with lots of cables to connect your phone/music to with ease. With so many fabulous restaurants and bars near this apartment, we only prepared breakfast in the apartment! There is a 24 hour Express Carefour below the building for basic food supplies. Pawel was available for any assistance and was very quick with responding to us when we needed some help. The information booklet was amazing- thank you. We can highly recommend this apartment for other guests! This apartment offers excellent value for money and has so much character. You will love the location (walking up and down these stairs means you can enjoy an extra glass of wine or delicious cocktail!).
