It is a wonderful, magical place.

Hotel felt safe in a central location. Nice roof top with food views.
Breakfast could be improved, very small selection. Cleanliness of the room could of been better. Would have preferred to stay in a different location.

Most charming hotel in BA! Great hotel, comfortable, clean and great décor, but what
makes the place the BEST is the staff! From the front desk personnel to restaurant staff to
room attendants all absolutely outstanding! Also great location!
Cant wait to return to BA and the Tango de Mayo,,,cant imagine staying anywhere else!

The architecture and interior design are charming. The large bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, The team was great - very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is well situated. We'd go again.
There was no kettle in the room.

great location, friendly staff who spoke good English. I liked that the hotel was smaller and not crowded. The Tango theme and decor was fun.
I think the breakfast could have been a little nicer but it wasn’t bad.

Top roof restaurant was closed.

Beautiful hotel with amazing rooftop bar looking out over a number of spectacular cupolas on adjacent buildings. Right next to Sáenz Peña Subte/metro station making it very easy to access. Huge comfortable bed.
No bath in our room.

Everything!! Beautiful butique hotel

Good room service and very friendly staff.
We had a room facing the main road, which was very noisy all day/night round. The single pane windows didn't help.
4.5
helpful staff
no converter plugs to charge phone needed to use tv ( run all night with a cover over it to charge phones)

The room was small but comfortable.
Location was convenient to explore the main squares within a 15 min walk or so.
Unfortunately the rooftop wasn't open yet.

This hotel is gorgeous! I really loved the decor. The room was beautiful & the rooftop bar is great with fabulous views. The wall needs a wipe down. Easy to miss as a cleaner tho. Everything else was very clean.
Getting in is a little annoying but it only takes a second or two & it adds to the safe feeling

The location is great. The hotel is nice. The room is spacious. The roof top bar was nice. The only english speaking waitress was just amazing. She was the best thing about the hotel.
The food was mediocre. The toilet was leaking. I reported it 3 times and they said they had someone look at it but it still leaked. The place had seen its good days. None of this bothered me except for the front desk guy who seemed to have a problem with me. Every other hotel staff i interacted with were nice expect for this one person who i think had an issue with the fact that I'm brown. I told him I lost my debit card and he acted like he didn't care. Looked at me as if i i was trying to get out of paying for the hotel. I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. I had my credit cards on me. I just needed cash for taxis and places that are cash only. The female front desk person next to him was more sympathetic and gave me the location of nearest the western union.
4.5
the location between all the scenic points and the breakfast.
I was told the gym was unavailable, the room was TINY, and it was understaffed in the evening (we didn’t even get dinner one night there). I ordered room service one and while it was prompt, it was awful (I got the fish and it looked absolutely nothing like the photo). I also felt sick in the room because of the dust and dirt. the carpets had piles of hair (that wasn’t mine), the curtains smelled awful and the bedding and linens just seemed and smelled old. I never sneeze and I was up with allergies ever night. I don’t understand all of the other high reviews on here. it was a below average hotel but I guess BA doesn’t have a lot to offer in regard to hotels in this area.
Update! The last day I realized I got ringworm from the spare comforter in the room that I used! Absolutely disgusting!

Very professional handling for check-in & check-out. The rooms are spacious and decorated with a lot of taste. Finally the common areas are also very nice.
Only the breakfast was bit disappointing with limited choices and average pastries.

Though we arrived very early from a cruise ship, the hotel allowed us to leave our bags, and arranged for an early noon check in which was very appreciated! The hotel furnishings were very "Tangoish" and delightful. Our room was spacious and there were lots of bed pillows!! All light fixtures, TV and Wi-Fi worked well, and we even had a Bidet in our bath.
The room was quiet and private, and the bed very comfortable.
The staff was very attentive, especially at breakfast which was very good (hot and cold choices as well as healthy choices)
We were able to walk to many central city attractions and there were money exchanges, pharmacies, good restaurants and subway close by.
No complaints!

The hotel is thoroughly modern but decorated in a way that you feel like you are stepping back in time. The hotel conceirges helped us with every question we had - they were great! The breakfast is wonderful.

Large room and good location, walking distance to city centre.

Excellent, comfortable place to stay in a great location to explore Buenos Aires. Lots of places are walkable from the hotel. The staff are all amazing. They were all incredibly helpful and friendly. I stayed in this hotel at the beginning of my travels and again at the end. I had a lovely welcome back which made my day, they even brought me the coffee I liked without me asking. A very nice touch! I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you!

The people is amazing, the room is beautiful (and the mattress was comfy), the rooftop is beyond pretty.
My only problem are breakfasts, but is more a country thing than from the hotel.
Try to bring as much ARS yo can so it results cheaper.
Breakfast :)

great central location and the cleanliness. the design is beautiful
very noisy room, your hear everything going in the road.. but I guess it comes with being in the center and nothing in Argentina caters for sound proofing I think

Everything! location and staff. I couldn't ask for a better hotel for the price.
