I would like to recommend this house, especially for families. The location is perfect, very close to the one of most beautiful beaches on Cyprus. Host is very nice and welcoming. Big rooms, two bathrooms, we even had a welcome food, we did not have to run to the store for water and we could rest upon our arrival. Thank you.
4.5
the location :)
having a vacuum, or some cleaning. some noise issues like other said.
3.5
- To start of with the positives, the location is great:
• Fig Tree beach is located at a 5 minute walk.
• 15 minutes walk to the bus station.
• 3 minutes walk from a great restaurant (Poseidonio - try it out, you won't regret it).
• 3 minutes walk from a supermarket (some people have pointed out that there's a LIDL close by, which is not really that close. Be aware that there's a 20 minute walk to it).
- The area itself is super quiet and feels safe.
- There are a ton of friendly beautiful cats around the resort. Make sure to get some food for the little ones!
- The host left a lot of goodies for us when we arrived (water, orange juice, milk, eggs, bread, jam and margarine).
- The terrace of the house was very nice; unfortunately it was pretty unusable during the day due to having no shade from the sun; some umbrellas would be a great addition here.
- We had a problem with the shower drain not really working anymore and someone was sent to fix it in a matter of hours which was great to see.
Sadly, there are quite a few aspects that were a let down for us.
- While the goodies that were left by the host were appreciated, this location lacks in offering what we would consider basic amenities:
• No soap or shower gels being provided.
• You only get a single toilet paper roll and a single trash bag. When we asked about them, we were told that we need to buy more ourselves which is... weird to say the least. On the other hand, there was a bottle of dish soap.
• While the kitchen is well equipped, the basics are missing, such as salt, pepper and oil.
• No detergent is provided for the washing machine.
- I've read that the houses were renovated last year but our house didn't really feel like it (we stayed in one of the Three-Bedroom Bungalows):
• There were a lot of stains and cracks on the walls.
• The locking mechanism for the doors and windows was very close to breaking on a few of them. We had to be careful not to force them too much.
• The AC Units in our house (except one) looked like they were extremely old, which poses a health risks. Fortunately they worked fine and were able to keep the house cold.
• We stayed for 9 days and we've had no house keeping. There was a mop available which we used to clean up the place a little bit, but we had to use the same sheets and towels throughout our stay.
• The listing mentions the bungalows as having a size of 80 m² but I doubt that. Maybe if we take the terrace in consideration, that checks out, but otherwise, this number doesn't sound right to me. We were only 2 people, so this wasn't a problem for us, however, if 6 people would want to stay here it would most probably feel pretty cramped, especially with a single bathroom.
Overall it was a pleasant stay, but we were a little bit disappointed with all the negatives mentioned above. For the price, we expected more. As a recommendation to the host, I think people would appreciate the basic amenities more than the goodies.

+ very close to the beach;
+ you have almost all what you need for cooking and living;
+ houses are standalone on the territory;
+ beautiful territory;
+ table outside the house to seat / eat;
+ we fond one small soap on arrival and it helped before we bought another;
+ property left 2 bottles of water, 1 juice, eggs and bread in the fridge;
+ medium firm mattresses.
- doors creaky and barely close, the water system is very-very loud, if someone at night go to the toilet all guest woke up - if water pressure was turned on (we lived in one-floor house);
- the equipment is old and break time to time, thus taking you vacation time to deal with it. Be careful, the air conditioner is not cleaned of water, and it can start leaking on everything that is below it (from the water-marks on the furniture under air conditioning I assume this was not the first case);
- even the tenants of the houses where quite at night, there're other houses around the territory, so be ready for parties/karaoke from Friday to Monday (maybe this depends on the house you live in);
- no additional toilet paper (although it is indicated in the description of the property) and no garbage bags. Such should be mentioned explicitly;
- the Internet distance is not enough for the most of the rooms, you need to sit at the door closer to the kitchen;
- tap for drinking water wasn't working from the beginning, they promised to fix it. And it wasn't fixed for 12 days;
- no instruction how to use the house, what tap is for what, etc. Also it'd be good to have password to wifi right away. So basically you have to ask million questions instead of having one small instruction;
- refrigerator stopped working two times and defrosted unexpectedly. This caused water leaking from it to the floor. My mother slipped on it and hurt her face and knee, so we had to sent her home earlier. They told us that refrigerator will be fixed and they won't even provide us with transportation for her to the airport, so you can die cause of old appliances and they don't care (I think lawsuit will help to fix such attitude to people). Anyway in 3 days mechanic came, I showed him the refrigerator and the issue and told to fix it tomorrow when we'll checkout. In few ours I got message from the property that mechanic told refrigerator is ok and nothing to be fixed.

Lovely location, clean , spacious and everything we needed close by.
A little bit noisy as attached villa , very thin walls and could hear baby crying, doors slamming etc. would ask for one of the detached bungalows next time.
4.5
Nice, clean and good location
Had everything we needed. The staff were very good. The kettle lid did not close fully and the next day they brought us a new one. The lid on the Kitchen bin broke, and the next day they brought us a new one.

The location
The 2nd toilet was not clean
5.0
The house was clean, big enough for a family of 4. In the kitchen you can find everything you need .
It is close to one of the best beaches in Cyprus ( Fig Tree beach - only 5 min walk) .
It is located in a very quiet area, but also close to restaurants, supermarkets.
When we arrived, we found in the fridge some groceries, for which we were very grateful since we had a long trip.
Communication with Nicole was super ok, considering that we arrived during weekend.
Maybe some shade on the patio would be nice, since the sun was up at 7:30-8:00 in the morning and you can’t have breakfast outside.

The best place for a quiet and comfortable vacation. The house is located in the best place, in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. 5 minutes walk to the amazing fig tree bay. The villa itself was bright and comfortable, fully equipped with everything you need.

location, quiet and safety place for kids.
wifi connection is unstable. if you need to work in internet its can be complicated. no personal territory. no pool.

The house we stayed in is located in a closed community with several similar one-family and two-family cottages. It's a 5-minute walk to the nearest Fig Tree Bay beach, which is overcrowded (you won't find a free sunbed after 9 AM). Thus, the closest available option is Vrissiana Beach, which is 15-minute walk.
The whole area is quiet and secure. The cottage is well maintained and equipped with all the facilities needed for a family stay.
The host was very welcoming and helpful in fulfilling our needs and requests. After they hadn't enough time to clean the premises before our early arrival, they brought us a complimentary food basket.
There were noisy neighbors over the fence from cottage #8 (a bunch of foreign workers singing karaoke till 4 AM). The host, however, solved the issue right after we complained.

everything was great. looking forward to coming back next year.
if yo could fit a curtain in the bathroom widow that would be great, there is no ventilation and opening the window without a curtain exposes the bathroom user to a clear view from outside.
5.0
location, facility and kitchen equipment of the house. the manager is super nice and arrange pick up services and fixed the broken kitchen equipments right away!

- The location is great. Very close to the beautiful fig tree beach (5 minutes by foot) There are a lot of restaurants nearby.
- the resort (outside) is nice and clean. Nice flowers and palmtrees.
- the hostess was nice and helped us with the carrental.
- it wasn't very clean. We found a lot of hairs in the bathroom, on the floors and even between the "fresh" towels...
- furniture, bathroom and kitchen are old. Need some renovations.
- very loud water pump.

Furniture is old

Excellent location! Very close to Fig Tree Bay! This was in fact the reason we chose this facility.
Indoors was a bit rundown. It needs to be renovated. Also, while the toilet flush replenishes there is an annoyingly loud sound.

We stayed at the villa with my husband and 7 years old son, and loved the place a lot. The house was clean and comfortable. It’s only 5 minutes from the Fig Tree beach and the beach with turtles.

We had a 2 bedroom house, in a complex of houses that are rented. It is very quiet and nice, there were guests with small children in all houses around ours (including in other house that was attached to ours) and it was still very peaceful. House is nice and clean, big and comfortable living room, AC in every room, comfortable beds in bedrooms. Kitchen is equipped very nicely, we were not cooking but in case you would like - you can. There is frigde, stowe, microwave, toaster, ketller. Our host Nicole was very friendly and checking up on us regularly ☺️. Location is fantastic - literally 2 min walk from one of the most beautiful beach, and few min more to main street with all the shops, bars and restoraunts.
Just a small note that it would be nice if there were atleast hand soap in bathrooms and dishwashing liquid as we arrived in the middle of the night so could not go to the shop.
4.6
The location is perfect, just 3-4 minutes from Fig Tree beach, but far enough from the noise from the hotels. It was very quite and peaceful, there is huge area around the houses where the kids can play, a store is 2 min away, the center street with the bars and restaurants - 8/10min away.
You have everything you need in the kitchen (except coffee machine), so you can prepare your own dinner and eat outside in the garden, under the moon.
Beds are very comfortable, living area is quite big.
If you want to use the hot water you need to turn on the water pump, which is quite noisy (but I assume there is nothnig which could be done), so it's better to turned it off during the night.
You have to buy from the beginning some things for the kitchen... Like kitchen paper, washing-up liquid, etc.
