Great location, villas and views. Love the three bedrooms all with private bathrooms. Also, we appreciate the guard keeping us secure. Our family of 13 enjoyed the facility and our 4 villas.
Many areas show their age and need work. The air conditioning on the top floor was struggling to keep the rooms cool. The top floor ceilings do not have any insulation and will never have efficient air conditioning unless insulation is installed. The AC units ran continuously even when set at 24C (75F). Communication with the facility was also spotty and needs to be improved. There is no main desk or anybody to call on a weekend.

It is close to some of the best snorkel and dive spots on this side of the island.
The units are very spacious and have a good layout.
The facility felt safe with 24/7 guard.
The surrounding and entrance are in bad shape. I understand the government will be improving the area in the next year.
Make sure you understand costs so there are no surprises.

It was spacious and quiet.
The patio doors do not lock properly and even though it was a gated community it would of been better with securely locked patio doors. Maintenance did attempt to correct but were unsuccessful.

The room was really big and equipped at a high standard with dishwasher, washing machine, oven etc. All equipment was working well and also it had air-conditioning in all bedrooms. The staff, both in the office and security, were really helpful and accommodating.
The location of the property is a little remote from some of the main attractions in the Jan Thiel area. Without a car it is difficult to do the shopping, because the nearest supermarket is 20 minutes walking away. Beach area was easily and freely accessible, but since it was quit rocky for the children they did not find it ideal. The fact that there is not a small shop or breakfast possible on-site and the fact that the local activities are not really linked to the resort offer room for improvement.

We really liked the freedom of having 2 apartments so we could prepare our own meals and feel at home. No feeling of staying in a hotel or guest room, but our own place, which was nice as we stayed for 3 full weeks.
The rooms were really spacious, well furnished and comfortable again very suitable for a longer stay. The guards were very friendly and we felt totally secure and safe.
Also the fact that the buildings were fully accessible for wheelchairs and people with mobility problems was very nice.
Great service. If there was any question or minor complaint, it got immediately attended.
With a few minor upgrades the apartments could go from good to excellent. Plates, cups and cutlery was so scarce that we could not use the dishwasher as we constantly needed to rewash the dishes for the next use. Also for a longer stay (like we did) it would be great to have at least an extra set of bedsheets or an in between change of sheets.
Also the beach on the property could be 'dressed up' a little more, like having chairs available under the palapa's. Now it is just sand and palapa's and no place to sit otherwise as on a beach towel.

We arrived later in the evening so we got the keys from the security. The rooms in our apartment were clean but everything was older and some things were deteriorating (like the bathtub, showers, kitchen cabinets). The bed was very comfortable and there was no noise. From our balcony we had a view of the Caracasbay, this was very pretty, especially in the morning when the sun rises. Jan Thiel beach was a 10 minute drive. The surroundings of the apartment were pretty dirty, especially the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped. You pay electricity and water in advance, so you really have to make sure that you don't use the airconditiong too long and take shorter showers. Otherwise this will be deducted from your deposit. They are very strict about this. The complex has 24/7 security and the security staff is very friendly!

The service was probably the best, everything super organized and the reception lady was beyond helpful, arranging rentals, grocery shopping and anything needed. The property has a stunning view to the sea. Best time un Curacao

Great, spacious rooms. Loved that one entire wall of the living room was sliding glass doors that looked out on the ocean. And that you could also sit outside on the balcony and hear the waves below.
Parking: Very narrow spaces and our assigned spot was right next to some overgrown plants so that no one could get in one on side of the car - driver had to pull the car out of the space first everyday. I'm sending them a note about this because it's such a minor thing that can become an annoyance, but so easily fixed.
Bathroom tub looked a bit flimsily put together, but it all worked fine.

Booked this apt for 11 nights on the island, our first time in Curacao. The flat is exceptionally comfortable, and the sound of the waves on the beach lulling us to sleep each night was just idyllic. The kitchen was very well equipped with the pots and pans that we needed to cook for ourselves, and all the appliances were modern and worked perfectly. There was nothing in the store cupboard, so if you are planning to shop before getting there, you'll need a little of everything - salt, cooking oil, etc. The security guards were really friendly and the staff in the office went out of their way to help us with the one or two queries we had while we were there. Our kids loved the swimming pool as well. A wonderful experience, and a place we would be delighted to return to at some point in the future.

You do not get what you think you choose.
Nothing was what i’ve hoped to get.

It was right on the water. Very quiet and peaceful. Close restaurants that were excellent,
Sewer smell from the bathrooms at times.

The sea view is perfect! We liked the location of the accommodation very much, quiet, peaceful area. And downtown isn't too far.
Nothing.

The location was very good. The grounds and the swimming pool were well maintained.
Not enough pillows, no lounge chairs on the terrace

The department was big and had a good balcony, the kitchen included oven and stove, and was well equipped. Was clean and all the furniture was of good quality. Really nice and comfortable.
The condo has security at the entrance and was quiet. The pool have good dimensions and the view is really great.
The condo don't have a cleaning service for the apartment, neither with extra cost. This can't be arranged by the user alone, so it could be a great addition to the service.
