The location is excellent for getting around. Easy to get to the Valletta ferry or a boat trip, but also to walk to St Julians. The size of the apartment was fantastic. Lots of space for 5 of us.
Our location of apartment backs on to a school. Woken up every morning at 7.15 when kindergarten started. Not enjoyable. Even with the doors firmly locked the teachers loud voices and children’s screams were very annoying!!! There is also very little natural light in the property. The entrance hallway absolutely stank of drains. Luckily the apartment didn’t! Very echoey and can hear lots of noise from the other apartments.

-La posizione dell'Hotel è molto comoda in quanto è a 300 metri dalla passeggiata lungo mare e dove sono presenti le fermate bus, dei battelli turistici e di tutti i servizi possibili.
-Il forno a micro onde nuovissimo e perfetto.
-Il rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo.
-Le pulizie , il rifacimento del letto e il cambio asciugamani è avvenuto giornalmente e con estrema professionalità.
-Il personale gentile e molto collaborativo.
-Il "modulo" cucina era fornito del "troppo" essenziale ossia due forchette due piatti due cucchiai ecc. sarebbe auspicabile integrare con un pò di accessori ( leggi piatti, posateria, bicchieri pentolame ecc.) .
-La vista della camera, posta sul retro dell'Hotel, dove muraglioni e retri di altri fabbricati precludevano ogni possibilità di veduta.

Tengerparton van, gyönyörű kilátás nyílik Valettára és tengerpartra. Sok étterem és sreet food található a környéken. Több kisebb élelmiszer bolt is. Szuper a közlekedés és választék, ha kicsit hajózni szeretnénk, vagy városba menni. Közel a buszmegálló. A személyzet nagyon kedves. A reggeli bőséges és finom.
A konyhában a sütőlapon nincsen gyerekzár. A mikró nem működik. Egy plüs takaró volt alváshoz ami kevés. A hálószobában a klímának ki van szakadva az alja, ami ha bekapcsoljuk (fűtésre is), olyan zajt ad, ami mellett nem hogy aludni megmaradni is nehéz. Így szobák hidegek. Vélhetően az előző vendék chipses és csokis zacskói voltak az ágy alatt a szekrény alatt. A fürdőben nincs feltöltve a szappan adagoló. Csőtörés miatt egy teljes napi programunk (10-18 óráig) a szigetek körbejárására nem tudtunk elmenni, pedig ezért mentünk oda a gyerekekkel. Semmi kompenzációt nem ajánlottak fel. Konyhai eszközök minimálisak pl: nincs elég evőeszköz, sem egy deszka hogy kenyeret lehessen vágni. Nem volt némi mosogatószer, szivacs, konyharuha vagy papírtörlő. Hálóban az éjjeli lámpa nem működik. Hat éve járunk ebbe a szállodába, rossz volt látni, hogy mennyire amortizálódik.

Esperienza terribile. Abbiamo prenotato 4 camere per 4 famiglie con bambini. Le strutture sono fatiscenti. Qui non si tratta di pulizia minima, ma di livelli minimi di igiene pubblica. C'erano le blatte in camera e la cacca di piccione in bagno!!! Pareti con crepe e polvere sui tavoli. Camera appena consegnata e troviamo la pipì fatta fuori dalla tazza del bagno? E poi avete mai visto un albergo in cui vengono a pulire la camera alle 8:30 di mattina mentre dormi? Per non parlare dei rumori. Le finestre sono inesistenti e attorno è tutto un cantiere. Siamo stati sul punto di chiamare le ASL locali, ma erano le 2 di notte. Uno schifo. Meritano di chiudere.

Location is simply unbeatable.
Facilities are limited and not the best ones (e.g. no bigger glasses for a beer, TV's cable connector is completely demaged, the sink is awkwardly mounted, etc.).
On arrival elevator was not working so 70+ seniors had to climb to the 5th floor.

Nous n avons pas loge dans l appartement initialement réservé au bluway mais dans un autre. Très décevant je dirai même difficilement acceptable.

Das einzig positive war die gute Lage.
Im Zimmer war Schimmel, es roch nach Chlor und es gab kein vernünftiges Fenster zum Lüften. Die Küche verfügte nicht mal über Putzmittel zum abwaschen und einige Lampen funktionierten nicht. Der Fernseher hatte keine Fernbedienung.
Obwohl ich das "nicht stören" Schild an der Tür hatte ist um 20 Uhr einfach ein Mitarbeiter in mein Zimmer gekommen! Es gab wohl Probleme mit der Klimaanlage, aber wenn ich die Tür nicht öffne hat das wohl einen Grund und man darf nicht einfach ins Zimmer kommen!
Also für 800 Euro die Woche erwarte ich definitiv mehr!

Quando chegamos ao hotel nos foi dado um apartamento completamente diferente do que eu reservei e longe da marina. Ficava a 3 quarteirões para traz do que eu tinha reservado. O hotel que reservamos foi demolido, mas não nos foi dito que ficaríamos neste outro apartamento. O apartamento era bom, estava equipado com tudo, estava limpo e era confortável. Mas não foi o que eu reservei. Eu reservei um de frente para o mar. Mesmo pq o valor que eu paguei, que não foi pouco, era pra ficar de frente para o mar. Chegamos de madrugada e no outro dia fomos falar com o gerente, afim dele resolver essa situação. Nos foi dado outra opção, não era de frente para o mar, era de lado, mas o prédio ficava mesmo de frente. Ou seja a localização era completamente diferente para melhor. E pronto ficamos satisfeitos com o apartamento. O gerente foi prestável ao resolver a situação, que foi de encontro com o que queríamos. Mas fica o aviso ao reservar confira o prédio que vão ficar pq pode ser que não haja apartamento disponível depois para mudar.
O apartamento que finalmente ficamos nem preciso dizer que era espetacular. Super bem localizado, confortável, limpo, seguro, tinha sempre uma pessoa do staff a disposição. Tem uma pizzaria em frente maravilhosa. Um supermercado mxm em baixo, restaurantes, bares e a marina mesmo a porta.

Obiekt położony w centrum, blisko przystanek autobusowy, sklep (dobrze wyposażony) bezpośrednio obok wejścia do apartamentu. Codziennie przychodziła obsługa sprzątać, wymieniać ręczniki oraz pościel.
Kuchnia bardzo ubogo wyposażona, telewizor nie działał, wifi działało bardzo słabo albo wcale. Lejąca się woda z toalety, suszarka wyłączająca się co 20 sekund, brak słuchawki pod prysznicem (jedynie „bicz” lub deszczownica). Basen, który znajduje się na zdjęciach jest dodatkowo płatny 30-50 euro za dzień „Aqua Luba” - hotel wprowadza w błąd umieszczając jego zdjęcia u siebie - w ramach rekompensaty otrzymaliśmy wejście na basen „Aqua Luna” na 1 dzień. Goście apartamentu mogą skorzystać bezpłatnie jedynie z basenu na 7 pietrze hotelu, który jest bardzo malutki.

Great location and views from room were stunning. Large apartment with plenty of space for a family. TV had streaming services which was good during a long stay with kids. AC in every room worked well in the summer heat. Kitchen well equipped with large fridge, oven, microwave and basic cooking utensils. We were able to make a few family meals.
Rooms were cleaned every day but the cleaning was very slap dash. Cleaners came an werr therr for just moments then left. No benches wiped and during a 2 week stay they did not clean the bathrooms properly even once. A little disappointing because the apartment was nice and would be really great if they were cleaned well.
Also no cleaning detergent, sponge, dish cloth or tea towel so couldn't clean the kitchen or bathroom properly myself.

The distance between the apartment from the reception is so far and and it was so hot to walk to the reception to let them know our complaints and to get the wifi password. The phone is not working and the TV is broken and my 3 yr. old grandson was upset because he wanted to watch a cartoon. My son had to walk far to the reception under the sun to let them know about it but nothing has done about our complaints. Their website with pool is very misleading because there's no pool in the apartment. No toiletries in the bathroom. Can't even open the balcony or the curtains because what you see in front is another rooms close by of the other apartment, so we have to close the curtains all the time.

Friendly service and the apartments have everything you need. The view to the port is really nice. Its one of the few places in Malta allowing dogs that’s modern and nice. Everybody from the service was really pet friendly.

We loved the location and the beautiful view from our 2 bedroom apartment and it was nice and spacious.
The apartment is a little run down. Some of the cabinetry in the kitchen needs to be replaced as there is damage to some of the doors. we arrived and found a very large crack in the glass sliding door to our balcony. Staff were quick to come check it and used tape to cover the crack which was just a temporary fix l hope.

Nothing. There is nothing that is ok with this accommodation.
Rooms are like prison cells, the beds are metal, terrible mattresses and pillows. Everything kind of smells like a dirty rag. The balconies are located in the inner "courtyard" which is a hole in the building whit three balconies per floor, and you can jump from one to the other, while the hallways of the building are partially in glass, and you can look the balconies from the hallways of the building. The balcony is next to the bed, so the curtain must be drawn all the time if you don't want someone to watch you sleep. There are no other windows. There is no air even when the balcony is opened because the "courtyard" is like a hole inside the building, without airflow. The reception is located two streets from the accommodation and whatever you need you have to go there. After 00:00 in the evening, when we checked in into our room because there were no towels in the room, they gave us towels at the reception to take them to the accommodation two streets away instead of sending someone to bring them to us. Some rooms have sockets for EU chargers, some do not. They don't have adapters. Requests or appeals are answered after a few hours. We waited 10 hours to change the room, I was at the reception at 7.30, although we arrived around midnight, and until 11 am, we were not offered another room. The offer started with an equally bad one, only to be shown a slightly better one, with the fact that we were talking to the hotel manager previously, when I asked for a refund so that we could take another accommodation, and received a "recommendation". that this can be solved by upgrading the room to a hotel room and getting breakfast included. Of course, the above was neither offered nor needed, but it speaks of the treatment of guests. The only positive thing is that the people at the hotel are friendly. They took our time and spoiled the impression of the trip I regret the booking so much. I don't recommend it at all.
