Really love hotel to spend a night in beautiful nature. The staff were really friendly and the restaurant was great. The grounds were lovely.
The bedroom was a bit small small

Lovely setting and great staff. Very helpful. Perfect for people who like walking/hiking. Not really set up for older people. The restaurant was nice with a lovely view of the lights of Madrid from the terrace. Nice food & really nice attention from the waitress.
The room was disappointing. It was up a flight of concrete stairs, very small with a tiny bathroom. It was about 38°when we arrived so we had an extremely hot night! There was a fan fitted into a window which was virtually ineffective! For the price, the room was below standard.

Awesome location, nice small pool, good food
Very hot rooms, staff did not speak English (but we had fun trying to understand each other and learned a few words)

The staff that we encountered were pleasant and obliging. The breakfast was good too.
The rooms were up quite a steep slope which wasn't easy to complete. The room was ok but it did not have aircon which is essential in summer. There was no option of a meal the evening we arrived only a sandwich. Definitely not suitable for disabled travellers. From a bathroom point of view and also the approach to the rooms.

Mountain side location was beautiful and buildings charming. Swimming pool area was probably the best part of the facilities. We had to leave early and skip the included breakfast so no idea about that.
Close Madrid T4 so this is a very good option for early departures or late arrivals.
Chicken house rooms were a quite warm and small. Air traffic noise was a bit loud at times as Madrid airport is quite close. But other than that a very tranquil location.

A more rural location than we were expecting, away from village amongst pine trees, rocky outcrops on a site which slopped considerably. Our room was in a stone cottage, which had good quality fittings and bathroom. Downhill walk to breakfast room and as we were the only guests, staff were not ready for breakfast. Dinner not available, although we thought from Booking.com a restaurant was on site. However we enjoyed our stay in the peace and quiet after a 300 mile drive.

everything was great, the breakfast, the dinner, the quite… everything.
the only thing I don’t think that the suite was worth for that price

It was quiet.
There were no staff on site at all. I was the only guest in a very isolated property. I had to ring the hotel number for someone off site to come with breakfast. The bread was stale, the meat was wet out of a prepack and the cheese was like rubber. There were no bar or food facilities in the evening as there were no staff present. It was not safe. I was not able to use the pool because if there had been an accident there was nobody to help.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Very peaceful, the ideal overnight stop after the rigours of a long drive.

We thought the breakfast was extremely good, the scrambled eggs in particular were a delight. The room was very comfortable as was the conference/tv room. We were well looked after and would revisit if in that area again.

Lourdes the owner is friendly and very attentive I am extremely happy with our decision to stay in this hotel. The view of the mountains actually WE WERE on those mountains, incredible. Plus the rural - little town is extraordinary.

Dining area is lovely. The bed was tremendously comfortable. Outstanding area. Breakfast was lovely.
The access to rooms and facilities is very difficult. No proper paths or steps. Thank goodness there was no rain or we would have been sliding on mud. Bathroom exceptionally small and the toilet was not clean. The evening meal was disappointing as the lasagne seemed shop bought and there was no side salad or bread to go with the small portion. Great place but needs to tighten up their standards.

The hydromassage bathtub!
Satur was very kind in showing us a great route and a source for more, he certainly knows his Sierra!
It cannot be that when suggesting to have a second coffee instead of the juice included in the selection only breakfast menu we were told it is not possible for a EUR 147 room.
The superior room was full of moist in the morning, we recommend to have a humidity extractor
