This hotel is right on the beach with a nice pool and restaurant/bar. You can rent a motorbike from the front desk for 100k rp per day, and they have universal plug adapters by request. We stayed in the pool access lagoon room, and it was the biggest room we stayed in our whole trip! One thing that bothered us was the bedding and towels had a funny mildewy smell, but they replaced all of the linens at our request. The shower water also has a weird smell. The property says they put the water through a reverse osmosis process, so this may be why. Those were our only two complaints, and the first was reconciled immediately, so in the end we really enjoyed our stay here! The island is very small, so with a motorbike rental, it does not really matter where you stay on the island since everything is a short ride away. The sunset on this side of the island is great and there are enough bars and restaurants within walking distance.
Making sure each room has fresh linens. There was also a gap in the door so a few bugs got in, causing us to wake up with a few new mosquito bites each night - remember your bug spray!

Private pool with our suite. Friendly staff

The pool.
We booked a room and it was not available when we arrived (we got a smaller one for one night). Most of our clothes got damaged (or got new mud and rust stains) by laundry service and they refused to cover cost of the damaged items. Floors were greasy and even extra room service didn’t clean it (they don’t wipe floors, they spray them with window cleaner and smudge it). The AC stunk of mold. Drinks at the bar below average (two same drinks never tasted the same), average breakfast. Huge cockroaches in the room and in lobby. Definitely not 4* experience, it looks good on photos, but the reality is greasy, dirty and not tasty. Not worth the money. The manager tried to compensate the screwups with a free dinner and a massage, but is it enough (worth 20€ for damaged clothing 150€)?

The resort was beautiful, the staff went above and beyond to assist and to provide for all my needs. The room was beautiful and had a great view which is beachfront. I would recommend this resort and will return again. The restaurant was excellent also and I ate there several times during my stay. The watersport activities were fantastic and phenomenal.
