Die Lage

- Wohnung war bei Ankunft noch vom Vorgänger bewohnt - durch den zeitlichen Druck wurde die Wohnung nur oberflächlich gesäubert und sehr spät übergeben - die duschen war nicht zu gebrauchen (Duschköpfe defekt und nicht fixierbar) - duschen überwiegend verschimmelt - Sofa defekt (Seitenteil locker und unstabil) - Ausstattung nicht komplett (Teller fehlten) - weitere Kleinigkeiten

Necesita mantenimiento y limpieza

A 3 min de la Sagrada Familia. Apartamento muy amplio pero con falta de mantenimiento - esto debería mejorarse.

Limpieza pésima - el hervidor tenía café de los anteriores inquilinos. Microondas no funcionaba y algunos enchufes tampoco. - Persiana rota, ducha del baño pequeño no tragaba y tampoco estaba limpio el baño. - Algunas luces no funcionaban tampoco. - Edredones de algunas camas tenían manchas.

Każdemu polecam . Super włąścicielka ! Bardzo honorowa. Szacunek

Pomimo problemów z zakwaterowaniem spowodowanych późną pora przyjazdu Gospodyni zachowała się bardzo przyzwoicie zwracając kwotę zgodnie z rezerwacja za późne zameldowanie. Ogólnie bardzo pomocna osoba, można zostawić bagaż po wymeldowaniu jeśli lot jest późno . Bardzo dobra lokalizacja .

Wszystko na bardzo dobrym poziomie.

Spacious stay with a pile of little problems that added up to a larger pile.

Spacious for a large group

No bunk beds as advertised. The showers don't hold any water within their walls. The main bathroom had mold growing on the window and walls and the secondary bathroom door locked itself on check-in day. We ran out of toilet paper, but they did replenish. When we ran out of paper towels, they said it was our responsibility to replenish them. They really need to explain their expectations/policies better

Comfortable flat in central Barcelona

Excellent communication with Ana, the property manager. The flat is safe, easy to find, with very good metro and bus connections across the city. A variety of good restaurants nearby, including a vegan restaurant about 200m from the flat, on Calle Valencia. The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine and dryer easy to use. Breakfast on the balcony in the sun at the end of December was a bonus!

Sound insulation between the rooms could be better.

Good partment for family

Good location very near MRT, down stair has big supermarkets very convenience. Onwer can speak English its not easy to communicate.

Shower room didn't cover well, water will definately run out every where.

Disgustingly dirty apartment.

Location

Room hadn’t been cleaned, dirty bed linen (unchanged since previous occupant) and dirty towels (unchanged from previous occupant) for a group of 8 people. Initial contact with owner to resolve seemed ok, but communication and commitment to resolve the issue at a later point was severely lacking, if not ignorant.

The apartment is comfortable and great for a big group. The location is great too.

The information for our check-in wasn't clear and we couldn't contact the host on the phone number in booking. We had to contact booking and they were able to put us in touch with the host.

Disappointing

We arrived to a be greeted by the owner. They kept our luggage until we could check in for a few hours. The apartment was spacious and nice, basic enough. The door had an app so we didn't have to carry around a key which was great.

Firstly there wasn't 2 bunk beds as advertised so we were right on space. It says it sleeps 12 but I would say 7 or 8 really and 4 people on a couch bed which took up a lot of the sitting room. The air-conditioning started leaking in the sitting room and wasn't fixed for the whole weekend. The water was cold and the host sent out a technician but he had no English and we were told to not use one of the showers and the other went from hot to cold constantly. A nightmare for 11 girls. one of the beds was broken at in the middle so was uncomfortable. Lastly we were disappointed that we could store our luggage with them somewhere as we had a late flight that night and had to move out by 12. The cleaners also arrived 15 min early were cleaning around us as we were packing up last min things. Quite unprofessional. A lovely apartment but needs a lot of tlc.

Amazing location and facilities

The location of the appartment is amazing, centrally to the Sagrade Familia and really spacious. The appartment has great facilities and two nice bathrooms. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Good location. Many shops, breakfast & coffee locations near it.

Beds and pillows are really uncomfortable. Second smaller bathroom smells mouldy and moist. Few pictures are not from that place.

I'm satisfied.

The location is great, the apartment is spacious and warm. There is a enough space for 9 people and good equipment. The host is friendly.

First day there was an issue with inconsistent running hot water.

Exceptional

The apartment is large and pleasant. Also the location is fantastic. The owner was really nice and helpful! Good value for money!

The smallest bathroom needs to be refurbished. Tiles are old and look a bit dirty. No hangers for the towels or clothes.
