Tolle Lage, schöne Zimmer, bemühter Service aber die Gastronomie ist teuer und nicht gut.

Die Lage ist wunderbar. Es gibt viel Schatten durch die riesigen Bäume. Die Zimmer sind sauber und schön. Die Aussicht von unserem Zimmer war aufs Meer und wirklich sehr schön! Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich!

Das Frühstücksbüffet war anstrengend. Es war eigentlich immer alles leer und man hatte das Gefühl „hamstern“ zu müssen. Der Kaffee war nicht trinkbar. Beim Abendessen gab es auch nur bis 19:30 alles (Beginn 19:00 Uhr ☝️)! Was dann letztlich bis 22:00 Uhr angeboten werden sollte bleibt fraglich. Der Fisch war auch jeweils zerkocht, das Fleisch fade. Es fühlte sich nach Massenabfertigung an. Besonders aufgefallen sind die Preise für die Getränke: 4,20 Euro für 0,2 Liter Cola, Säfte kosten für 0,2 das gleiche. Der Hammer war 6 Euro für 0,1 Wein! Wenn man sich da einen Schoppen gönnt, ist man immer 12 Euro los. Die meisten Tische haben deshalb zum Abendessen keine Getränke genommen… für den Urlaub wirklich sehr schön!

Tranquillità e relax

Ciò che fa la differenza di questo resort è la tranquillità e il relax: si possono prendere i lettini dove si vogliono, il mare è stupendo e si possono fare belle passeggiate lungo tutta l’area del resort. Pulizie giornaliere con cambio di asciugamani. Colazione abbondante ma quasi solo salata.

Beautiful nature...but nor breakfast, or extrapayed dinner( 30€) were worth 4* resort..

The resort is located in a pine woods..just by the beach, few choices for drinks or lunch, it is well maintained and clean outsode . There are also few showers and lounges with umbrellas free of charge.

We arrived late in the afternoon, went straight to the beach and for a dinner. Later when almost asleep we realized that our room was full of mosqitoes..they were coming out of the ac went. Next hour we spend trying to kill them all. My husband went to the reception to ask if they have repellent device or a sprey..but no help. It was almost 3 am when we fall asleep. We didin't opend the balcony door at all..and next night we had same situation with mosquitoes 😢.. very annoying and stressfull. Sure we complained at the reception when leaving...but found no compassion or empathy.."yeah sorry for that" was all.

Our second stay in Crvena Luka

Perfect quiet location with private sand beach, beautiful view, huge well-kept territory with beautiful trees and greenery. Indoor pool and sauna at no extra cost. Super helpful and friendly staff at the reception! They addressed all our requests and answered all questions professionally!

Breakfasts were average, limited variety, one gets tired of such in a week. Rooms could be cleaned more thoroughly. No kettle in a room.

Crvena Luka is a beautiful resort overall. The location is exceptional and the resort is well equipped. There are lot of sun beds spread all over the place, enough for everyone. The beach is amazing. The restaurants are very good, especially the More restaurant.

Breakfast for 20 euro does not have a standard for a 4star resort. Very bad coffee from an instant machine, not freshly grounded, no fresh juice - all from mix. Eggs not made to order, all pre-made. The breakfast ends at 10am and the staff turns off the lights, music and starts cleaing right at 10AM even if people are still sitting there and finishing food. This does not make a standard for the staff good quality service for a 4star resort. Also a reception staff was not very helpful when we wanted to make some change in our next reservation. They only gave us an email contact that noone replies to. Not a professional service. The apartment was clean over all but there was a mould in the bathroom and in the freezer.

Stay in a gorgeous location at a beautifully designed hotel-resort.

we loved how the facilities disappeared in the trees and surroundings. The room was comfortable and the pizzeria was excellent.

The room should have had more places to charge devices. The buffet dinner was much too expensive for paying guests.

I recently stayed at a resort and had an amazing time!

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious and clean. I especially enjoyed the extraordinary breakfast each morning - it was delicious! Also, the bay is calm and it's a perfect place to stay and enjoy the beach and the nearby pine trees shadow. The resort also had many amenities such as a pool, spa, and restaurant which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Overall a brilliant stay, the free upgrade was a huge bonus! Would happily stay again.

The view and infinity pool were amazing, a real treat even in the not so sunny weather we had there. The indoor sauna was fantastic. The buffet breakfast and dinner was good, plenty of room for everyone to sit. The beds were very comfortable.

We organised an airport transfer with the resort which was easy, however another couple also did the same and was picked up approx 10 minutes before us, by the same company as us. both parties were traveling as a two and we were both picked up in separate 7 seater mini vans... it seemed very illogical and a waste of both fuel and our money to have not gone together. I wonder if a better system could be put in place to make the airport transfer system more economical (both environmentally and financially for the guest.)

Couldn’t have asked for a better first impression of Croatia. Amazing

The resort, and the bay, is so beautiful, with the villas set back in the trees just a few steps from the sea. The villa was spotless and well fitted out. When we had a small issue it was resolved, literally, within minutes by the lovely staff.

The restaurants on site are a bit soulless, especially if you want to eat late, however Biograd na Moru and Pakoštane were a short, cheap taxi ride away and had loads of good quality, buzzing restaurants in the old alleyways.
