Ich komme gerne wieder!

Kleines Hotel direkt am Münster. Sehr freundliches Personal, nettes sauberes Zimmer, super Frühstück.

Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug. Ist aber nur bei schwerem Gepäck ein Problem.

Das kleine Hotel ist modern und einfallsreich gestaltet. Auch mitten in der Stadt fühlt man sich wohl.

Modernes Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe des Ulmer Münsters. Zentral und dennoch ruhig. Sehr gutes, vielfältiges Frühstück mit hochwertigen Lebensmitteln in hellem, freundlichen Ambiente. Aufmerksame Gastgeber.

Great option in the center of Ulm

Nice room, great location close to the Münster, friendly staff, good breakfast, secure bike storage, reasonably priced, cooled drinks (bottles) available in the hotel. Overall a very good experience and recommended.

Since the reception is on the 1st floor you have to leave your bike unattended while checking in - and there's nowhere to really lock it to. Not a big deal but there were some folks loitering right by the entrance which made me a bit nervous.

Super nice staff and great location

Incredibly nice staff who were happy to offer recommendations and help any requests. It really makes a difference in a hotel, so thank you very much for your kindness and support. The location is great, in the heart of Ulm town centre, next to the Münster. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. The hotel has even small terraces to enjoy the sunshine in good weather.

The pillow was really uncomfortable, I would recommend changing it.

Friendly staff and really clean room.

The staff was really friendly and due to payment at check-in I was able to leave very early in the morning.

There was some noise from outside because of the location.

Great soundproofing but you needed it in the evening when the square filled with young people.

Bike friendlyness of hotel ! Top location. Staff very friendly! Very quiet room. Very nice decoration - only natural wood (massive, not fake) within hotel. Breakfast was really with love to deliver quality. Delicious !

No lift. But like this you get a free workout :)

Loved the village and staying here.

I loved how close it was to the heart of town. The room was clean and modern. The staff very helpful. The bicycle was securely kept - thanks

The church bell ringing early in the morning but that is beyond their control - and what else would you expect if you are next to the church tower

Very centrally located. Everything accessible on foot. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Efficient check- in and -out. Nicely renovated rooms and en-suite bathroom. Comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast.

Already knew beforehand that there’s no lift or parking so wasn’t a problem but hence a 9 and not a 10 rating

Expected a larger better equipped room for Price. Good location, friendly staff.

staff friendly, breakfast had decent selection of food (all fresh, nothing cooked) and nice clean breakfasting room. Location perfect in centre of town and easy access to restaurants. Room a bit small but adequate for a single.

Room was very basic (spartan) with no wardrobe. Had to ask for a rack to hang my clothes. Travelling solo, I was possibly given a small basic room)

The location is very central

I couldn't sleep the whole night because the church bell was ringing every 15 min and it was very loud in my room. Old carpet and there was no kettle for tea or coffee maker in the room. But there are so many cafes around, so I got tea from the extrablatt Cafe close by.

A cozy hotel for a short stay

Tasty breakfast with a good choice (smoothie was a highlight), nice terrace, very friendly stuff, super central location (but Ulm is anyway small), cozy room.

Perfect location but choosing a hotel in front of the Münster remember the BELLS. As many other German hotels this one kicks you out quite early (check-out is at 10.30).

Great. Would stay again.

Friendly helpful reception staff. Our room right up in the attic was hot on arrival (no air conditioning) but opening the windows and using the portable fan cooled it down no problem. We were able to store our bicycles very securely in a locked bicycle garage. The location right opposite the Ulm Minster can't be beat. The view is amazing! Closing the windows at night blocked out any noise of the church bells or people in the square.

There were 69 stairs up to our room from the ground floor (including a narrow spiral staircase at the top) so do not book the superior double room if you have mobility issues. There are other lower level rooms with far less stairs.

At heart of city

Perfect location and amazing Munster-view. Good terassa for smoking on a second floor. A smart bath room - automatic light and airflow. Special thanks for the 8 kg dumbbell, at morning I took exercises.

Another side of perfect location - bells ring every quarter of the hour. No lift. No air conditioner.

Beautiful hotel super centrally located with lovely staff.

Beautifully designed hotel, lovely staff who gave us a lit of tips of what to do, where to go and eat in the beautiful city of Ulm. We even got help bringing out suitcases to the room. Exceptional view from the sode of the cathedral. Excellent breakfast in lovely breakfast room.

The room was a bit loud as it was in the square and since it was a hot night. The clocks of the cathedral chimed at regular intervals. On Wednesday morning they started setting up the market already very early.
