Super friendly host and amazing attention to detail. Our stay was perfect!

The apartment was well equipped and mostly clean, the patio was very spacious and offered a decent view (blocked by power cables). The landlord was quite friendly, helpful and very responsive. Unfortunately he wasn't quite honest about the object which leads me to a negative point which was absolutely massive.
The stone villa obviously consists of two apartments, the owner however insists that these units are "houses" and offers them as such on booking.com. Needless to say our group was very disappointed upon arrival, since we expected an entire house. At the time we booked, the second apartment was already reserved, so we only had one option which clearly stated that we are going to get a holiday home. I discussed this with the owner, however he refuses to change the info in the description giving me the idea that this might be a scam and he is trying to trick people. Booking.com unfortunately doesn't do anything about it, they just ignore my complaints telling me to simply "write a review". Poor service by booking as this scam happens on their website and they do not accept any responsibilty for it...
There were also cockroaches in and around the house (we counted 4 in total and killed most of them).

Edit: I read your comment Hlias, allow me to explain. At first I had the impression, I made a mistake while booking. Upon return I double-checked the information and realized everything was fine on my end, only your declarations were faulty. Your argumentation does not make any sense, these are not two houses but two apartments. It can't get more obvious than that. Why is it called traditional stone villa then and not traditional stone villas? You are obviously trying to trick people. Additionally, please don't be silly, I'm not calling booking a "criminal organisation". I'm only calling out their sloppy and careless way of checking the offers on their site and their unwillingness to do anything about it when a problem is brought to their attention.

If isolation and stunning views are what you want go no further. The property is spruce and evocative; the view breath-taking; the terrace is enormous ( 30-40 feet long by 15-20 feet broad) enough to accommodate a table for six, two sunbeds, two deckchairs with room to spare.. Cooking facilities are good which is imperative should you want to stay in and enjoy yourselves, however a vehicle is essential in the same way that a Sherpa and a flag are deemed essential to staying on Everest. The nearest Supermarket, worthy of being called so is A-B and that is a good twenty minutes mountain drive away.
Tavernas are five to ten minutes drive away but the property itself makes you want to stay inside and enjoy the dream. There is a small private seating area to the front of the property which is great for breakfast in the fresh morning sun; the larger terrace gets the sun from mid-day until sundown with a kaleidoscope of beautiful hues and scenic sea-sunsets to die for. The pictures online don't do full justice to the reality.
A washing machine would be an asset to some travellers who are spending an extended stay. The nearby beaches and facilities ranged from the good to the ridiculous. Pisses Beach has excellent facilities from Taverna to sun umbrellas and loungers at 12 euros for the day and peaceful location to its antithesis two miles away at a 'Posers 'place where a sunbed kit costs 28 euros for two on the front row falling by three euros on the rows behind, food and drink require Amex Platinum and the music blares at levels of those who remember 'Spinal Tap' (11). I think I may be biased, here, so forgive me.

A beautiful place, a caring host, a beautiful house and a farmyard. The kitchen is fully equipped, clean towels, a warm blanket in the wardrobe in case of cold nights, iron, hair dryer, bath cosmetics. The host brought us water and offered to go shopping. The sea view is breathtaking !!! You can see ships at night, waves and windmills on the island opposite by day. We are more than very pleased !!!!

The house was amazing, with fantastic views over the bay of Koundouros. Ilias the host met us when we arrived, and even offered us the larger apartment. Upon leaving he gave us a bottle of his own wine. Really comfy beds and plenty of space to relax inside and outside.

The house is beautiful and the view from the terrace is fantastic. Everything is made with style - the kitchen, the bedrooms, the bathroom... Very quiet and comfortable. The owners - Nikos and Suzy are lovely and helpful. My wife, my two daughters and me are in love with this place. 4 min. driving to Koundouros beach, 8 min - Kampi beach, 8 min - Poisses.
We really want to visit this paradise again!
sometimes wi- fi signal is low, but in this relaxing place maybe that's better... :-)
