Ein schönes verlängertes Wochenende

Es ist gut mit dem Auto erreichbar, vor Ort sind genügend Parkplätze, gleichzeitig fährt ein kurzes Stück entfernt die Straßenbahn direkt in die Altstadt.

Great!

It's a very nice room, the bed was super comfy, so I had a great rest here. Also, the place is very tidy. There is a huge shared kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. It's possible to park your car on the street free of charge.

Perfekt für eine Gruppe: wir hatten das ganze Haus

Der Kontakt (auch schon vorab) sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend und familiär. Die Gemeinschaftsküche bot ergänzend zur guten Ausstattung Tee, Kaffee, Gewürze. Ein großer Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine vorhanden. Alle Zimmer geräumiger als manches Kettenhotel und ohne Zweifel gründlich gereinigt und mit Auge für Details hergerichtet.

Es ist erkennbar und verständlich, warum nicht alles schnieke perfekt sein kann, insofern nichts zu mäkeln.

Great shared kitchen, dining room with everything you need including dishwasher. Liked sitting outside in the bushy area by the pond in the cool of the evening. Great ceiling fan in room. Very handy to tram into centre. Good instructions to get to property from main station. Handy to supermarket.

WIFI in room not very good but better in dining room.

Great stay in Dresden, value for money

Beautiful garden area and a peaceful neighbourhood. Quiet rooms and fantastic transport link with the city centre. Friendly and approachable hosts.

The internet was very patchy and our room was extremely hot. Sleeping was a real struggle.

The house is placed some 5-10 min. driving from the center in a nice neighborhood. Room was very quiet and comfortable, bathroom had everything you might need. Generally very nice place to stay if you don't mind talking some kind of transportation to the city center...

There is nothing I didn't like.

Comfortable bed, caring nice man at the reception.

For all the time that I was in the hotel, I could not calmly read or sleep. The soundproofing is so bad that you hear every word of your neighbors and every step of the people who live above you (you somehow even feel the vibrations that are transmitted from the ceiling through the walls to the bed). The hotel itself is nice, but unfortunately I can’t give a better rating due to the fact that during my stay there I never properly slept even with earplugs, and I was awakened early in the morning by the sounds of walking on the top floor.

Best quality-price ratio: perfect situation, quiet neighborhood, comfortable room, friendly personal

Very nice family hotel in a quiet neighborghood, very close to public transportation (12 min from the main station). We were very nicely wellcomed, and were given information on sightseeing and restaurants. Everything was mad to let us feel confortable, like at home ! Our room war quite big, fresh paint, with view on the rear garden. Bathroom with much place, everything very clean. We haven't used the kitchen, but there is the possibility to make one's own breakfast or lunch, and eat in a shared dining room. The bed was a king size one, extremely confortable!

You hear a little bit the voices from the corridor or the other rooms. We couldn't use any wifi.

Amazing facilities, fantastic location, everything was clean and the stay was perfect. Thanks to the owners for having us and for being so kind and accommodating.

A little gem...

Very friendly, nice rooms and big kitchen/ dining room for common use. Great for a cycling holiday and close to public transport, 15-20 minutes to the city center.

If you like to sit in the garden....use anti-mosquito spray or a so.....and open the right window with the screen...if you do that....then everything is great....

nice stay but be aware of the tram detour due to construction

the hotel is clean and there is kitchen and free coffee. you have view of garden through your window. it is a quiet place to stay. you feel like you live in home. not a bad choice overall.

the location is a little far from the city center but you can get to the city center by riding one tram (7). so it is not a big problem. there was road construction going on and the stop Google tells you does not actually have a stop for the tram because of the temporary detour. it is quite confusing at first but once you get used to it, everything seems fine. i just wish i knew the construction issue before hand. otherwise that, i have no complaint.

Superb

WIP is a great place. It is the right combination between city and nature. In the house you feel like in the countryside, yet in 20 minutes you are in the city center. The tram goes fequently and quickly right to the central station. The facilities are great: comfortable rooms with modern and clean bad, clean and big kitchen and dining room, great garden, birds singing, etc...

I liked everything, maybe with exception of the social internet which is a bit awkward to join.

Superb

Very nice owner. Beautiful, kind of wild garden. Very clean place. My wife like clean place and this was in her mind very clean:). It is not a center of city, but it is very good connected, maybe that way it is very peacfull and quiet place. Definitely recommend and if we visit Drezno again we will try to book there again:)

Friendly staff and generally nice location with garden view - though a bit outside of the city.

We have spent one night in the "South America" Room. Unfortunately, the room had a bad urine like scent. The smell stayed even after having kept the windows opened all night.

Host is very friendly. It has a nice garden. Room is clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Very closed to the tram station which goes directly to the city.
