Ein äußerst sauberes Apartment mit hervorragendem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Es war alles da, um zu frühstücken: Teller, Besteck, Brotmesser, Pfanne, etc. Auch Töpfe waren da, allerdings wären diese für ein Mittagessen zu 6. zu klein gewesen - da wir aber eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren und außerhalb gegessen haben, kein Problem. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren vorhanden. Den Schlüssel erhält man problemlos über eine Box mit Code, welche neben der Zimmertür hängt. Die Lage ist eher abgelegen, allerdings erreicht man in 1,5 km ein kleines Einkaufszentrum, neben welchem sich eine S-Bahn Station befindet. Hier kann man mit Hilfe der App Jakdojade ganz leicht in die Breslauer Innenstadt gelangen. Es ist viel einfacher, als mit dem Auto durch den Großstadtverkehr dorthin zu gelangen und einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Hier und da waren ein paar kleine Mängel an den Möbeln, welche jedoch die Funktion nicht beeinträchtigen und keineswegs störten. Das Haus selber und der Parkplatz sehen von außen nicht gerade frisch renoviert aus, aber parken kann man dort gut und wie bereits erwähnt sieht es drinnen dafür vollkommen in Ordnung aus.

Would not stay again

Not very much to be honest

After reading all their rules and regulations I imagined it would be immaculate. The toilet seat was broken, The bathroom looked grubby. The curtain rails in the lounge we hanging off the wall. The only view was a fence. There was an old car seat outside that looked like it was used for smoking. Old chairs were out there to piled up and a Sythe propped up against the wall. Not impressive.

Spacious appartment, free parking, free wi-fi, for sleeping only it served, in the kitchen there was an oven too, microwave, small kettle and fridge

Unconfortable beds, no dishtowel in kitchen, nobody at reception most of the time, some pieces of furniture were very very used, bathroom would need renovation and more detailed cleaning, but still all served, quite far from city centre, no washing machine in our appartment

Apartment doesnt match quality shown on photos. Isnt clean enaught, dirty walls. Beds are uncomfortable. Kitchen furniture is poor. No washing machine as shown on photos.

Silent place, public transport’s nearby.

there was no hot water in the evening and it had not appeared until 10am. we did not understand from the host either - it is the system or there was a technical problem. poor communication. if you don't like the very strong smell of laundry detergent, I suggest you choose another place. we couldn't sleep because of the smell.

The linen and towels were too smelly - they had probably used too much fabric softener. The view from the window was not good.

Great stay in the outskirts

It was a good stay. The city center is 6-8 km away. Enough Parking is available. Otherwise, everything was fine

The road was not in good condition while approaching the apartment. The host is not so active in picking up the phone even if I call him in the available time frame, I had 2-3 times to get the online check-in link.

I would not choose it again for sure.

The apartment was an okay size for 4 people. The bus station was 5 minutes away from it. There was also a balcony.

There was no elevator, and our room was on the 4th floor. It was so hard to get the keys no one at the reception would answer to me before 1 pm. The room was not the cleanliest and the kitchen facilities were not all there. It was about 1 hour from the city and most of the things around the building were under construction and it was kind of noisy.

Price/service ratio. Despite small drawbacks i can recommend the apartment for a short stay. Quiet neighbourhood, good contact with the landlord.

The apartment was not 100% clean, corners, bathroom. The bathroom could be renovated as well the roulettes should be replaced (not working at all)

Cheap, that’s the only plus

price, was cheap. parking at the property

dated, could do with a refresh. storage cupboard with Mikey wall. shower wasn’t clean, could have been scale from water but off putting. apartment was on 4th floor - top one - as it was raining all night rain was falling in the roof windows and what seemed like metal bits on roof and was very loud. none of us slept well at all. property sleeps 4 but there were two chairs only for a small breakfast bar Illogical

Very spatious, nice design and furniture, pet friendly, possibility of late check-in.

The beds were really uncomfortable, they could use some new matresses.

In general, to sleep one night it’s ok, but all the facilities and appartment is a little bit «tired”

We could not connect to wifi, there was no dining table so you need to have your breakfast or other meal on the coffee table
