Stained linen and towels. Paper thin walls Fluorescent lighting above mirror at eye level n the bathroom. Fluorescent lighting in the room.

It was clean, comfortable and pretty quiet. Staff were nice to communicate with.

Location. Close to the railway station, good eateries within close proximity.

Noisy. I could constantly hear someone's mobile phone going off with notifications. Was not squeaky clean either.

Happy with our stay

The location was central close to practically everything. The room was clean and comfortable to sleep. The WiFi connection was free and excellent connection.

There was no dish rack for dishes

We had a very comfortable, enjoyable, peaceful stay, and will go back .

Didn't have breakfast. Location was very good. There were a reasonable number of eateries ,including fast food joints, pubs, medical stores, and a train station .

Only one bed side table, sometimes the kettle didn't work and some of the channel 7 stations didn't work. No big deal though.

The bed and bedding was warm and comfortable, electric blanket helped a lot. Big television which was great but not a smart TV. WiFi access was easy and strong signal.

Areas of the room needed cleaning eg. Under the bed and couch. The heating system was tiny and never acctually heated the room enough. On arrival there was a strong smell of cleaning products, which is a bit unsettling.

Not suitable for people with disabilities as restaurant is upstairs and only has stairs for access to restaurant for bre

I liked how all of the rooms were on street level and breakfast was included in the price but when I found out that they provided breakfast in a restaurant on the second level I didn’t bother with it as I’m not very good with stairs which I mentioned in my special request when booking as I have mobility issues and can’t walk up stairs. if the restaurant area was on the same level as the ground floor street level rooms I’d definitely go back to it and have breakfast there even though I don’t eat breakfast anyway but it was nice that it was included with the room. I’m not sure if they included room service for the breakfast as I would’ve done that instead if they did.
