Ужасная постель, подушки их просто надо выбросить, грязно в номере, паутины, не было пульта от Телевизора, попросила принести так и не принесли,

Der Aufenthalt war solide, aber aufgrund des sehr schlechten Services nicht empfehlenswert.

Die zentrale Lage, gute Anbindungen an den ÖPNV und viele Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sowie die Nähe zur Innenstadt sind angenehm und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber ordentlich ausgestattet und die weichen Betten sehr bequem. Die tägliche Reinigung erfolgt vormittags und ist sehr gründlich. Besonders die Tatsache, einen eigenen Wasserkocher und einen Kühlschrank gestellt zu bekommen, ist sehr praktisch für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

Die Verkehrsführung vor Ort macht es wahrscheinlich schwer, mit einem Privat-Kfz zu parken. Das Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig und man nimmt als Gast sehr viel Umweltlautstärke wahr, was für einige belästigend sein kann. Es gibt keine zuständigen Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Abschließend muss ich sagen, dass ich von dem Service absolut enttäuscht bin. Ich habe erfolglos eine ganze 5-Tage-Woche per Email und per Telefon versucht, die angegebene Service-Nummer zu erreichen, um eine einzelne Übernachtung auf das Wochenende hin zu stornieren. Auch wenn kein Personal im Haus ist, erwarte ich, dass eine Service-Person zwischen 08:00 und 17:00 erreichbar ist oder sich zumindest per Telefon oder Email innerhalb 1 oder 2 Tagen zurückmeldet.

Good value for the money

The room was an appropriate size, we had enough room for our luggage and effects. It had a decent air flow, and the shower had very nice water preasure.

There was nowhere to sit besides the beds, and the sheets kept falling over the main bed. Lots of the towels had holes in them. There weren't enough hooks for hanging up towels in the bathroom, nor for clothes around the closet. Information from the hotel was given at the last minute, despite being in contact over a month before. There was no elevator and it would have been nicer to have been placed on the lower floor. Parking in the area is hit or miss, but it's hard to stop in front and drop off the luggage in front of the place.

Comfortable stay in a great location in Kaiserviertel

Location and checkin are super. So comfortable beds and bathroom. This is my second stay and I can only recommend. I was able to checkin a bit earlier, which was great. I live in the area and I love it, everything is nearby. The complementary coffee feom the downstairs café was also great.

Easy checking in and checking out, very friendly staff and good contact with host. Extremely comfy king size bed. We definitely stay next time.

OK room but difficult parking

Overall clean room with a fridge (very appreciated) ! Comfortable and warm. Check-in without personnel (however had to call to get the codes).

Intense smell of room perfume, some mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and in the room and no parking ( in the area where it is very difficult to find a parking space in the street).

Big and comfortable bed. Location good, 15min walk to city centre and relatively close to the airport. Communication and entrance with the codes was excellent.

Room was dirty with all kinds of stains on the walls, doors and heater. Also found some blood on the walls and some fungus. And what is the deal with the water cooker if there is no tea or a glass to drink from in the room?
